Neovar sleep problems?

I've been noticing the last few times I took neovar after a workout in the evening that I've been having terrible sleep problems. I just toss and turn all night and it seems like and I feel very anxious and nervous while trying to sleep, it's a very weird feeling. I usually sleep like a rock and feel fine when I wake up and have no history of sleep problems. I take the correct dosage for my body weight and take it with at least 50-60 g of simple sugars like it says. The only other supps I'm taking is the basics (protein, crea-mono, bcaa, fish oil, and jack3d and rpm pre workout) and I take 2 caps of Activate Extreme every night. Does anyone else ever have this feeling on an insulin mimicker and/or Neovar? Also, could rpm or jack3d be the cause of this when taken over 5 hours before bed?

neovar would not be the culprit I would think it would be more likely that your prewo stimulants would be the cause of your sleep issue

Most likely, but it seems like I only sleep that way after I take the Neovar. I didn't take it for a few days and took it last night around 10 and had an awful night. I do play with my dosing of jack3d and rpm a bit and I could have taken a little much yesterday when I worked out, but it was a mid-day workout. I'll play with the dosing and timing of each in the next few weeks and figure it out...

Shouldn't be the NeoVar - I dose this directly pre-bed and have not had issues with sleep (when my body was working normally). RPM and Jack3ed can definitely cause difficulty going to sleep if dosed anywhere within 6-8 hours of going to bed.
