I do 1 cap before fasted training every day, but haven't felt hypo or anything from it. You can still feel it working, but at 1 cap its nice and smooth without feeling like you have to have some carbs

The other one's I've used make you feel crazy hypo without using carbs

I was very hesitant to use it without carbs for fasted training for quite a while, but decided to try it out after a lot of recommendations. I'm very glad I did because my results have certainly been amplified by going with that dozing protocol. :)
 
Yea I have been using it pre-workout fasted for a few weeks now, with no issues. Been doing the morning/noon/night protocol.

At night if you eat a carb-less meal, I am wondering if it is better to eat at say 1-1.5hr pre-bed, then pop your n2s right before hopping into bed.

I've taken it before bed, and have woke up more dried out and looking better, so I see the benefit. I also seemed to sleep better dosing before bed.
