Need to order slow releasing protein from ATW

A few questions:

1) Which one is recommended? I am personally biased towards Miscellar Casein but Complete Milk Dairy Isolate also works for me.

2) I would like the taste to be atleast palatable if not good. Since I would use it as meal replacement with some olive/almond oil and drink it at work I would like a good recommendation on taste.

3) Does it make sense to go with Casein based protein or should I take in Whey, throw in some oil and make it slow releasing that way?

4) Any extra info would be greatly appreciated. As also any freebies by the reps :D
 
I also was debating between Milk Dairy Isolate vs. Calcium Casseinate. I also couldn't decide on a flavour; I have tried a whole bunch via samples but I didn't get a plain chocolate sample, and I've always done chocolate casein before bed, it's just a favourite.

If you like creamy things, the Peaches and Cream by ATW is great. I would say save cinnabun for oatmeal. The chocolate orange is pretty good. I haven't tried the vanilla. And definitely don't go grape before bed lol. Sorry I can't help you out for just plain chocolate flavour.
