I want to run a 6 week stack of prop, havoc, and one more supplement
week 1-3 prop 60mg ED
week 4-6 ???? ED
week 1-6 Havoc pulse 10/20/20/30/40 MWF
my PCT will be
Nolva 40/40/20/20
cycle support throughout cycle and pct
Natty test booster (not sure which yet) regular dose tapered
I3C 400mg ED
SAMe 400mg ED
lifting schedual
day 1 chest, abs, calves
day 2 shoulders tris
day 3 abs
day 4 back, bis
day 5 legs abs forearms
day 6 off
then repeat starting with day 1
i will be doing light/medium cardio everyday, for at least 30-45 minutes a day
calories wil be something like 3500 for days 1 and 2, then 2500 on day 3, 3500 for days 4 and 5, then 2500 on day 6, then repeat
my stats are age 21, 6ft 175lb, around 10-15% bf
as you can see i need something to fill the gap in weeks 4-6, im looking for a lean bulk, to add and keep 10-15 lbs after pct and maybe lose a litte body fat.
and suggestions would be greatly appreciated
