need some quick advice

Tomorrrow will be day 31 of my test e (500mgs) / dbol (30mgs), I plan on doing 3 more days of dbol then continue with test e at 500mgs a week (12 weeks total)...here is my quesiton, for memorial day weekend in 5 days I'm going to the river I wanna be looking the best I can, can you guys give me some quick advice on how to obtain a good dry look for that weekend...I know it's last minute but I'm gonna do my best...just want some tips, i'm considering a-dex or letro but I dont know if I will have enough time or be able to get some in time...so please give me some advice that I can use with household stuff...

really, thanks...I actually have some clen, what dosage should I use...?

Anyone else have any suggestions...?
 
You could just drop the dbol right now. The bloat should subside a good deal in 5 days. Take some dandilion root and lower carbs.

Whatever you normally use, I suppose. I'm pretty stim resistant, so I start at 100mcg and work my way up to 200mcg over about 10 days before coming off. I don't recommend this to anyone who hasn't done clen before, though---start at 40mcg for a few days (remember, long half-life means it's buildling in your system) and get a baseline on your reaction.

will drinking alcohal be very detrimental while on CLEN...? What time of day should I take the clen, I will start at 40mcg.

I'd avoid alcohol while on the clen; then again, I avoid alcohol, period, so maybe someone with some more experience with this would be better able to address this.

Take the clen in the morning, do 40ug for three days or so and bump it as you feel necessary to keep your hands shaking a little bit.

Sorry to veer this off topic but wolfe i see you are currently doing the same cycle im planning on and i would like to know how it is working out for you as far as weight gain size and strength. thanks........
 
Bump to the Dandelion Root in HIGH DOSES! Be near a bathroom though! You may also want to incorporate some caffeine and some Uva Ursi as well! Don't forget to lower your carbs as low as you can and the night before start carbing up so the next day you look lean and full! Just my advice!

Good advise, also load up on the potassium and start drinking water like crazy. Alcohol at night, caffeine by day

thanks for the advice guys...how much potasium should i take...?

So far i'm on like day 31 of my cycle...went from 170-180 all clean gains, still about the same bf of 8-10% like how I started...if it wasent summer I would of just bulked like hell and i'm sure I could of gotten up to 185/190 by now...but I like staying lean for a summer cycle...so far so good...

Potassium Gluconate is the common OTC form. You need to take 15 pills/day to meet your 40mEq daily requirement. I'd take 3 pills 4 times a day after meals and before bed. Drink a lot too. Testosterone tends to conserve potassium, so that's good, but dbol causes changes in adrenal production of 11-oxo steroids, so that's bad. Avoid salt and try to suppress cortisol production.

I know it seems like a lot, but OTC potassium is WAY under-dosed. That 500mg pill is only 99mg of elemental potassium, and you need 1500mg/day. At least take 2 or 3 pills with 3 meals per day.
 
okay...today I took 15 pills...and I actaully had increased cramps in my hams, wtf is that about...cause I have reduced sodium/cal intake...? any idea's ?

Maybe just the transition. I take a few extra ones before and after I w/o and it kills my cramps before they can start! Are you drinking enough?

I probably need to drink more...


So today is tuesday, I want to be looking my best on sat/sun...I plan to continue reduced/cal and sodium also green tea and taking clen till friday. Th and friday I will carb up and throught friday/sat/sun...? I'll also take some arginine supp's...sound good?
 
It sounds like you'll be pumped and cut by Saturday. If you keep getting cramps, back off the dose just a little with the potassium, but drinking more water is the probably the best solution.
 
I couldent tell too much of a difference, so minimal at best...the first day I did feel a little more cut, and my abs a little more defined then normal but after that my dieted was the worst it's been in about 3 months, but now I look pretty much the same, so yeah, who knows, It was fun to try...I'll try something like this again in a month and plan it out better...thanks guys
 
diet is a bitch...its so difficult...i wish i only had to eat 3 times a day and not worry about eating every 2 1/2-3 hours, but im tryin to look my best

I used to munch balance bars and protein shakes every 3 hrs to fill in the gaps between meals, now I don't even try. I can go 8 hrs w/out a meal and I really can't tell a huge difference, even though I know your right.
