I am 20 years old and stand at a measly 6'0 145lbs. I am a collegiate golfer and am looking to gain some size and strength to gain some yardage. I have taken some cycles of pro-hormones in the past (D-drol;finaflex; I gained about 15 lbs each time but soon lost it) and am looking to start a new cycle of something to help me gain some mass and strength and keep it. I would like to get up to 165-170 but along with my current workouts i do intense stretching to keep my flexibility. I was looking into the finaflex black 550 xd but am kinda still in the dark here and would like some input from some experienced guys. Any suggestions as to supplements, workout routines, or dieting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

If you are asking for advice on workout routines and your diet, you are a long ways from needing to run (another) a cycle. But I will leave that subject to others who jump in here.

My advice is you need to eat and eat a LOT!! At your age you should be able to eat everything in site and be able to put on quality size. Get you a lot of good carbs and protein in your diet. Eat 5-6 times a day and get on a good solid workout routine. Don't worry about too many supplements right now. Just eat and lift hard.

I have taken jack3d before as a pre workout. how does c4 compare to that? also I have been doing golf specific workouts (a lot of core and light weight/high reps) 6 days a week. Could someone point me in the direction of a solid mass building 5 to 6 day a week workout?

I can give you a couple of solid 4 day routines. Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 or Joe DeFrancos Westside for Skinny Bastards. I am a fan of the WS4SB and it will do wonders to improve your overrall athleticism. I would also recommend going to the nutrition section and getting some good solid advice on nutrition. (Its late over here and I don't feel like going that in depth.) Just lift big and eat big and you should put on some good quality size that you can keep. I used to be in the same boat before enlisting at 142 but once I started tracking my intake and actually eating to grow I've since put on a solid 25 pounds.

how many calories are you getting daily? supplements wont help much if your diet isnt in check so we should start there

Yeah, this. What are your current macros?

Get some phosphatidylserine for your golf game:

It is concluded that six weeks of PS supplementation shows a statistically not significant tendency (p = 0.07) to improve perceived stress levels in golfers and significantly improves (p < 0.05) the number of good ball flights during tee-off which might result in improved golf scores.

You definitly need to eat more i would start by adding 200 calories a day for a week or two then another hundred or so each other week. When coming off cycle you need to adjust your calorie intake to your new weight to help keep your gains. I would start with food but if you insist on taking something anabeta is an excellent choice for mass gains
