need some advice

hey guys just wondering what i should take, i wanna get cut and lean, i weigh 175 and workout 5-6 times a week, im kinda new to this so some advice would help a lot. ive been lookin for some supps, but theres so many to choose from, i just wanna know what the best ones are.
 
You could try a moderate carb/high protein diet using a Nutrient partitioner if you're not talking serious weight loss.

i am 22, i was thinkin of takin creatine will that effect my goal, im really tryin to get to 8% bodyfat, kinda like ryan reynolds in blade, so will taking any gainers hurt me??
