Out Cold is one to look into. Really helps wind me down and relax me prior to sleep and does an even better job keeping me asleep.. def worth a look imo.
Thank you for the suggestion. However, I don't react well to high doses of l-dopa and don't react well to any size dose of 5-htp (tried 50 mg before for a few days and had terrible sleep and felt horrible in the morning). That could be a good option though for anyone else having sleep problems that could be reading this thread.
