Hello I am new here. I have lost 60 pounds, changing diet (followed TDEE) andwork out 5-6 days a week and still need to loose 20-30 more pounds. I bought a supplement called sesamin to see if this will help speed up the fat loss. The weight loss is really slowing down and I am getting a liitle discouraged. I know all of you could help me out with your knowledge. Thank you
