need help

Hello I am new here. I have lost 60 pounds, changing diet (followed TDEE) andwork out 5-6 days a week and still need to loose 20-30 more pounds. I bought a supplement called sesamin to see if this will help speed up the fat loss. The weight loss is really slowing down and I am getting a liitle discouraged. I know all of you could help me out with your knowledge. Thank you
 
congrats on the progress so far!

i've never used sesamin personally but i believe its a goodaddition to fat loss...try searching sesamin for more answers unless some1 else adds
 
I did a lot and then i ended up here with some saying you need to eat like 10 grams of fat with it. Well with following my bmr/tdee and eating 15% fat, I eat on average less than 30 grams of fat a day and this divided into 6 meals. Do you have any other suggestions of products? I keep reading about anabolic pump and other stacks. Just confussed and feel a little desperate

AP has proven to build muscle and cut down on BF%...

check out DCP, also maybe try and up to 8 small meals a day? to really keep your metabolism going

Well I do change up my work outs a lot, probably too much. I don't over train if that is what you mean. My diet is

1/2c blue berries
3oz yam

ezecail bread 1 slice
1tbsp almond butter
applesauce 1 cup natural

4 egg whites
1 whole egg
4 brown rice cakes

2oz ckn breast
3 oz yam
1cup veggies raw

2oz ckn breast
1cup veggies

3oz talapia
1 cup veggies
