Training ,pct, and this anobolics sections, which you should read until you learn what's going on and what your about to do. You will need to start keeping track of what you eat now, you eat protien... But do you know how much protien u need to eat EVERYday? Time to start reading thoes little charts on the side of your food, time to notice what you put in your body. I'm not sure but i think u need these macros: protein- 200grams ,carbs-300 grams ,fat-40 grams ,gallon of water i know I'm off on thoes numbers but when you do your research and study, eventually you will be able to fix the numbers yourself, because you will know how to by then.cause you'll learn whats going on, But I'm just giving you an idea of keep track of things and what that entails.( 1 oz steak = 5-7 grams protien but no carbs)...but..,...(1cup of oat meal or veggies has alot of carbs but little protein) you must plan meals out in order to get what you need out of each meal so daily you reach/pass ur goals. Sell that stuff you have, eat good, towards thoes goals I outlined, and train,unless you must follow your freind, In that case good luck ....wait till age25 , u seem young. Am I right? Study serms also, just train and read ppl will let you know when you are ready nobody's really paying you no attention cause they know if they give you certain info you will fuuck urself up get hurt.. So sell that **** or throw it away till you know what the **** I'm talking about in this long ass post!! I must be fuucking tired and high to sit up and write all this **** , .. I'm out.
