Your first cycle correct? If so, I would start with the Hdrol at 50(maybe bump up to 75mgs) for w -6 weeks . Cycle Assist should be preloaded at least one week before starting the cycle and ran all the way thru. For PCT , you could f=use your Novedex that you already have alond with PCT Assist and Reduce xt or Suppress C for cortisol control.
