Need help with diet/ weight loss suppliments

Daily workout log


7:00 AM

Meal 1: 1 scoop of whey protein mixed with skim milk

9:00 AM
30 minutes running, jogging pace

Meal 2: 4 eggs, scambled, 2 slices of turkey

11:00 AM

Nap

4:00 PM

Meal 3: 2 Cans of tuna, no mayo or bread

5:00 PM

hour and a half swimming, around 4,000-5,500 Yards

7:00 PM

Meal 4: 1 scoop of whey protein mixed with skim milk, Chicken breast w/ Green veggie (broc or green beans)

7:30 PM

Hour of lifting
week 1= 4X12 each exercise week 2= 4X15 each exercise

( day 1= Chest day 2= Back/ shoulders day 3= Biceps/ triceps day 4= Legs day 5= Off day)

15 Minutes HITT training on bike

9:00 PM

Meal 5: slices of turkey


What kind of supplements do you suggest me trying out?
 
right off the bat, i suggest you eat some fat.


the only fat you have in your day are from the eggs...........try some natural peanut butter, olive oil, safflower oil, peanuts/pecans/walnuts , something

edit: you're probably only eating 13-1400 calories per day.


thats not enough with all that exercise. get up to at least 1900
 
oops i forgot to add two things, i usually have 2 chicken breast and i also eat a spoon of natural peanut butter right before bed time
 
You should definitely be eating more. You should figure out what your maintenance calories are (including all of the swimming, weight training and cardio you do) and if you want to lose fat subtract only 200-500 calories from your maintenance level. Going any lower than that 500 below maintenance long term can be detrimental to your health and even your fat loss progress.
