I am starting to think about doing my second cycle and would like a little input so I can keep what I gain from it.
My first cycle was about a year ago; it was test e at 500mgs once a week for 10 weeks. Pct was nolvadex 20/20/10/10 everyday. I started at a bodywieght of about 210 and at the end I was about 225 and my lifts were all up. After about six weeks I lost all I gained and then some. I was down to about 205 and my strenght was alos down. The guy I got the stuff said it was because I didn't have a mass builder with it and for a test only cycle it was to short.
My plan for this next cycle is as follows:
(I have 20cc's Deca, 25cc's Test E, no PCT yet)
Week 1-2 Deca 500mgs (2cc's)
Week 3-4 Deca 500mgs, Test E 500mgs (2cc's)
Week 5-12 Deca 375mgs (1.5cc's), Test E 500mgs
Week 13-14 Test E 625mgs (2.5cc's)
PCT (start 2 weeks after last test injection)
Nolvadex 40/30/20/20/10/10 everyday
Clomid 100/50/50/25 everyday
My training is going great(workout 4 days a week with an occasional 5th day) and I take in between 4,000 to 6,000 calories depending on the day(more on workout days). If I don't keep at least some of the strength this time I don't think I will ever do it again, to watch everything melt away like it did last time was devastating to the ego.That is why I am on here, to let more experienced guys let me know what I am missing or need to do different.
