Need help with cycle

I am starting to think about doing my second cycle and would like a little input so I can keep what I gain from it.

My first cycle was about a year ago; it was test e at 500mgs once a week for 10 weeks. Pct was nolvadex 20/20/10/10 everyday. I started at a bodywieght of about 210 and at the end I was about 225 and my lifts were all up. After about six weeks I lost all I gained and then some. I was down to about 205 and my strenght was alos down. The guy I got the stuff said it was because I didn't have a mass builder with it and for a test only cycle it was to short.

My plan for this next cycle is as follows:
(I have 20cc's Deca, 25cc's Test E, no PCT yet)
Week 1-2 Deca 500mgs (2cc's)
Week 3-4 Deca 500mgs, Test E 500mgs (2cc's)
Week 5-12 Deca 375mgs (1.5cc's), Test E 500mgs
Week 13-14 Test E 625mgs (2.5cc's)

PCT (start 2 weeks after last test injection)
Nolvadex 40/30/20/20/10/10 everyday
Clomid 100/50/50/25 everyday

My training is going great(workout 4 days a week with an occasional 5th day) and I take in between 4,000 to 6,000 calories depending on the day(more on workout days). If I don't keep at least some of the strength this time I don't think I will ever do it again, to watch everything melt away like it did last time was devastating to the ego.That is why I am on here, to let more experienced guys let me know what I am missing or need to do different. im no professional but im pretty sure you should run the test for the entire cycle start to finish. so probably keep the test weeks 1-12 at 500mg a week and run the deca weeks 1-10. some one else help out in case i am wrong. sucks asking for advice and not getting a response, im sure some one will hop on here though. good luck
 
test all the way thru. no test with 500mg deca = bad idea

x2, i would also try a oral for the 1st few wks as tes E and deca will take 22-24 days to show results. Some SD 20/20/20 or Epi 40/40/50/50

I was thinking 20mg dbol for the first four weeks but the guy i got it from said if I don't mind waiting for the stuff to kick in its no big deal, your opinions?
 
New cycle looks like this:
week 1-4 deca 500, test e 500
week 5-10 deca 375, test e 500
week 11-12 test e 625
week 14 start pct

I am still curious about front loading the deca, the guy I got it from said to run a little more deca for four weeks but to make sure I am not taking more deca than test. since I may be adding dbol would I still front load deca? Also at the end I would have an exta cc of test so I figured I would add half to the last two weeks of just test, or would it be better to take it in a thirteenth week, or not use it at all?
 
i wouldnt front load the deca. i would run it the same way throughout the entire cycle as well. Keep your levels steady. Just run the test longer then the deca. If your going to kickstart the cycle with an oral thats even better. I always seem to feel dbol rather quick, and see some sort of gains early (some being water weight). And not sure if it makes a difference but i would just cut the test after the 12th week and run it at the same dose throughout. Changing the dosage will most likely mess with your hormones.
 
Can anyone explain why he lost his gains after first cycle please?

I want to start a cycle myself (test E only), but what is the point if I will lose my gains.

Too many factors that are unknown to list...for example, diet coulda been low in cal department, pct coulda been bad and training could have been lack. Often times guys dont understand how to train without the juice and they dont train intense enough to keep any gains...
