hey all, need some solid advice- going on almost a year ago now i used 2 OTC bodybuilding products called "Sostonal 250" by IDS & "Trenadrol" by K S Inc. no joke, there were NO "illegal" steroids involved etc. several weeks after i got off this stuff i developed some decent gyno- its not crazy noticeable but its enough for me and its still sensitive under each nipple- my doc ordered bloodwork & a mammogram just to be safe & im good to go, just have some gyno pec tissue in each :( now im trying to avoid getting surgery and want to know if there are ANY drugs out there that i can get a script for ie: Arimidex, Clomid, Evista, Femara, Nolvadex, etc. that could perhaps help to reduce some of the tissue i have at the moment- its not growing anymore & all my hormone levels are good- i have heard on some other forums that a combo of Femara and Nolvadex might help & has helped others- but i have no idea if any of that info is credible. if anyone out there can give me some insight i would GREATLY appreciate it as like i stated earlier cosmetic surgery is a last option. thanks all

p.s. im on 2iu/day HGH currently & know that it will NOT negatively affect the tissue i already have

:clean:

1. ive read that hgh can cause gyno and/or make it worse

2. I think sostonol 250 is a blend of phera, superdrol and halodrol. They are "real" steroids they arent illegal, yet. It could definately give somebody gyno. Did you do PCT?

RE: replies...

1. yes i realize that HGH "can" affect gyno, however it's quite the slim chance & furthermore i've had various doctor's clear me (this is a case by case situation) and i'm good to go.

2. yes i did a PCT after Sostanol & Trenadrol, it was Gaspari's "Novadex"

3. the 1st thing i did prior to posting this thread was read the "help me w/ gyno" intro lol, in its entirety, as i'm sure there are many people out there who get a puffy nipple or a little tenderness and subsequently "freak out", ergo, "jumping the gun"; however this is NOT the case w/ me, as i've had NUMEROUS doctor consultations over the last year and not w/ just M.D.'s- i've had many different types of doctors all give me the same evaluation & furthermore have had much bloodwork, hormone panels, etc.,etc.,etc., as well as a full blown mammogram, which has also shown the roughly walnut size tissue i have under each nipple- it sucks, but it is what it is.
either way, i'm looking for a some solid help on here as there MUST be someone who has some advice other than paying several thousands for a top-notch cosmetic surgeon.

4. how can epistane, etc. help? has this been documented to actually turn out some positive results or...?

5. any other feedback to give me a hand would be great guys, thx again (as i said in the post earlier i have even heard on other forums that Femara and Nolvadex used together have helped, thoughts?)

Yes, Epistane has been found to "relieve" people's "gyno' in some logs. But please research this yourself and make your own conclusions based on the anecdotal evidence good sir. I would use advanced search, keywords "gyno epistane" and see what you get. There should be some good info out there (on AM.com). Good luck!

-Papa!-

novadex is not a real PCT. I suppose its better then nothing. What you need is NOLVAdex which is completely different.

I had gyno that was slightly bigger then a pea, with bad puffiness. Ive been on letrozole for 6 weeks at 1.25mg ED and have gotten rid of the gland, and the puffiness has decreased somewhat. I have now started taking cabergoline to fight the puffiness, but I just started it this week.

Letrozole is your best bet in fighting gyno that has been established. If that doesn't work then your only option is surgery.

*I tried to use Epistane to get rid of my gyno and it actually aggravated it

RE: replies2

yeah i did tons of research last night- forget epistane, however as for me aggressively combatting my gyno im considering EVISTA (RALOXIFENE) i read numerous online actual lab reports of this doing great things, as for FEMARA which youre referring to, would you consider it better than EVISTA? thx again guys i value all your opinions & pardon the grammar etc as im using my cell to post ;)

I have heard good things about raloxifene too, but it is a SERM, and Letrozole is a very powerful AI. You really should get both, because when you take letro you have to taper off and use a SERM to make sure you dont get rebound.

There is a good thread that is like 60 pages long over at BB called puffy nipples that has tons of methods and cycles for getting rid of gyno, but you wont really know if its going to work for you until you try it.

Depending on how long you've had it and other factors determine whether it will work in your specific case or not.

Also, what is your age, and your bf%. If your bodyfat is high you may want to cut while you do rid-gyno cycles, its not going to work well if your bulking or overeating. fat=estrogen

"final Solution Lol!"

Okay, so I've read over all the posts and here's the final thing I need ya'll's direction on- here's the history & I need the BEST possible suggestion for ME, per the stated conditions, etc (as you guys are MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE & INTELLIGENT than ANY Doctor's I have looked to get help from!).
*** Over a year ago now, I had NEVER taken any illegal substances but I've always been in pretty good shape lifting, sports, etc the majority of my life, thus I decided to try some OTC products called "Sostanol 250" and "Trenadrol". I used them, got off and used Gaspari's "Novedex XT" as I was told this was to be sufficient, apparently this was not the case lol... Several weeks later I developed fairly good size lumps of tissue, tender to the touch under each nipple. I got tons of bloodwork, eval's (hormone panels), etc. The results were as follows (I have the paperwork still) my Testosterone being a few points shy of "normal" at 58 and the normal range is 60-110pg/ml, my Androstenedione was at 535 and normal range is 151-350pg/ml, my Estrogen believe it or not, was PERFECT! However here's where it gets interesting- my Progesterone level was quite high as the normal range is 5-95pg/ml and mine was 321. Looking back at my history however, I have never been particularly "Testosterone sensitive" as when I was around 18-20 I also used Testosterone boosting OTC products like old school BSN's "Testabolin 1-AQ", etc. with NO kind of PCT and I NEVER had a problem w/ sex drive, gyno, acne, hair loss, NOTHING! As well as this, I did my 1st ever cycle of "illegal substances lol" being EQ & Winny quite some time ago and did a real PCT of Nolvadex, now I'm not sure if I was on Arimidex at the time (as I'll mention later in this post my doc prescribed this), but either way the EQ/Winny did NOT affect my gyno. Ergo, this leads myself and others I've spoken with to believe that it wasn't the Sostanol 250 which induced my gyno, perhaps my gyno was in relation to the Trenadrol which I believe mimics Trenbolone. Perhaps that's why my progesterone was so high and hence I got gyno from that. I hope that adds some insight into my specific situation. From here my doctor prescribed Arimidex, whether that was the right call or not is a moot point now, the lumps and tenderness did seem to reduce a bit however when I stopped taking it several months back, the lumps, etc came back with fury LMAO! I've since had a mammogram, etc and I'm good to go, it's just tissue a little smaller than a walnut under each nipple.
A little personal history: I'm a Certified P.T. through The Cooper Institute, I just recently turned 26 and I eat VERY well (if I had to guess my BF% is roughly 15% or slightly more), I lift roughly 4 times a week, and am training in MMA/boxing 6-7 times a week, as well as taking 2iu HGH/day. Thus my question now remains before I call my doc and tell him I want a prescription or two, what should I take and how? should I just take Evista and see how that does? Or should I take a combination of two? Like I said before I realize you guys aren't doctors but I "also" know you are quite educated on this type of "stuff" & much more knowledgeable than myself, after I imagine all the information that has passed before your eyes on here, thus you will hopefully read this and have a nice suggestion as to how to kick this gyno's ass LOL! I'm going to start whatever it is, within the next week or two, so I look forward to hearing the best from you guys, as this is the best I have to go on & once again I can't thank you guys enough for your time & input! ;)

OORAH!

:dl:

the best solution for gyno goes as follows:

Letrozole Weeks 1-12 (Taper down for a week or two at the end)
Raloxifene Weeks 10-16
Cabergoline Weeks 1-until its gone
Topical Yohimbine on chest Weeks 1-until its gone
combine this with a weight loss program

I've heard some good things (mixed though) about ATD but have yet to use it myself

If this doesn't work then nothing will (except surgery)
