Hey y'all I could use some help with my diet..
I've been dieting for a little now and I found in the past my weight stayed constant at around 2400 calories. So I switched up my diet and dropped it to around 2100 calories for the slow and steady drop. I went for about a month on this calorie deficit and from when I started to the end of that month my weight did not change at all. So for the past 3 weeks I dropped it a little more by going down to 1900 calories but in these past 3 weeks nothing has really change still (except my energy). I'm only 21 and I don't really wanna drop down below 1900 cause I'm already not as energetic as I was when I started. I don't really know what the problem is. I just want to see my abs! haha any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I do 170 p, 30 c, and 120 f currently. I drink about a gallon a day(sometimes more sometime less but I'm usually really close to a gallon. I workout 5 times a week for about 45mins to an hour and cardio has always been something I do not very often(the reason I've been messing with my diet instead)

wow 120 grams of fat? You realize thats 1080 calories just from fat alone? acorrding to this youre only getting like 1900 calories already.... not sure why you arent getting results. like JG93 said try carb cycling or even look up intermittent fasting. Both should work, intermittent fasting is a little more of an extreme approach that takes great structure timing and self control. But i've done it 2x's and if you do it right the results are kind of unbelievable. Carb cycling i've never really tried, but i've also heard great things. I'm pretty sure its a similar approach. One of these will work for you.

Low carb diets aren't always the best method for weight loss. I would definitely do some research on carb cycling, it's my preferred choice of dieting. What is your current weight?

It's possible that your body has plateaued due to low leptin levels, which is a result of lack of calories and carbs. I think carb cycling would be very beneficial, or at least working in a high carb refeed day every week or two weeks. This will give your body a break from the calorie restriction and hopefully push you through your sticking point

Feels a lot better having days with more carbs in me. I feel better but i'm still waiting a couple of weeks to see what the scale and the mirror says! Thank y'all!

The reason I ask is cause isn't the E I'm ECA not legal or is it something different now?

If you are in the US, most states allow you to purchase it without a prescription and store it behind the pharmacy counter. It's called bronkaid or primatene. They just don't sell it as a supplement in extract form anymore.

Ephedrine is banned as a weight loss product, but it is still sold at pharmacies as an asthma relief product. Just don't tell the pharmacist what you're using it for haha

Not to sound funny but ive never had abs without cardio. I know some guys have em with little to no effort, im not one of em. I am a true endomorph. Ex fat kid. My results always came with cardio and diet. And no matter what always hitting the weights hard. In my opinion i would raise your fats and protein back up to get to 2200 and then add in 30-45 mins cardio 5 times a week. If theres any plateau add more cardio. Another 15 mins a day and so on. The cardio will stimulate your metabolism. Also if you dont already eat smaller portions more often. Hope it helps
