Hey y'all I could use some help with my diet..
I've been dieting for a little now and I found in the past my weight stayed constant at around 2400 calories. So I switched up my diet and dropped it to around 2100 calories for the slow and steady drop. I went for about a month on this calorie deficit and from when I started to the end of that month my weight did not change at all. So for the past 3 weeks I dropped it a little more by going down to 1900 calories but in these past 3 weeks nothing has really change still (except my energy). I'm only 21 and I don't really wanna drop down below 1900 cause I'm already not as energetic as I was when I started. I don't really know what the problem is. I just want to see my abs!
