Need fat loss help. Women..x

What do I need to cut down on to lose fat around tummy, hips & thighs, they're my main problem areas! Any tips??
 
What are your current stats? You can't spot reduce fat, it comes off when lowering bf% and unfortunately tummy is usually the last place to go.
 
For women every where that is the problem areas.

want to loose it, lower total body fat not just those areas as you cant do it.

Simple version
1. Calc TDEE. stick with that for a month and evaluate. No results? subtract 100 calories. Repeat as necessary.
2. Train with weights.
3. Add HIIT training 2-3 times a day 15-20 min.
4. Lastly and only when you have to you can supplement with thermo's. Thermoxyn would be a good supp to start with.
 
Hiit 2 to 3 times a day sounds like a bit much surely you meant 2-3x a week
 
The only suggestion I would like to give you to loose fat is to choose foods that you find in the nature. Always choose fresh foods over canned or frozen foods.
