Simple version
1. Calc TDEE. stick with that for a month and evaluate. No results? subtract 100 calories. Repeat as necessary.
2. Train with weights.
3. Add HIIT training 2-3 times a day 15-20 min.
4. Lastly and only when you have to you can supplement with thermo's. Thermoxyn would be a good supp to start with.
The only suggestion I would like to give you to loose fat is to choose foods that you find in the nature. Always choose fresh foods over canned or frozen foods.
