need dosing advice for Sesamin and BURN3D

I'm going to be running some Sesamin and BURN3D (along with some pght) in order to get rid of some fat. I understand you need to lower the dosage when taking TTA with Sesamin so I was thinking about taking 1 Sesamin 3 times a day and 1 BURN3D 3 times a day. Does this sound about right to you guys? My weight is about 174lbs.
 
Im no expert, but that would sound like a good place to start. If its not super effective, you can adjust from there.

I would go with Avant's SesaThin, and dose 3 times a day.
