Hello all, I have been working out religously for over 4 years. My main focus for those years was to just get as strong as possible, with a few plans motivated towards mass gains. I have almost no knowledge on cutting. I am currently 6'2 200. I did powerlifting and football in high school, so I have a nice muscular base, but would like to cut the fat out and keep it out and then focus on gaining more muscle again. I have been tampering with carb cycling ideas. They have seemed to work out the best for me so far. So does anyone know a good amount of knowledge and can help with macros, timing, types of food to eat, fasted cardio. Any tips would be helpful, thanks
