You try KSM-66?
Any recommend brands, or sites?
I always go with Jarrow or Swanson for my KSM-66. You can get them online for relatively cheap. There are also quite a few products out on the market that contain KSM-66. Are there any other supplements you use, or goals you're looking to achieve?
Also look into holy basil, rhodiola and Maca, some great adaptogens and hormone balancing properties within in these 3. With Abby of these 4 producers you should get exactly what you're looking for man, good luck.
That's interesting, and very unique lol. I wonder if your hormones are just not balanced so I wonder if balancing them is giving you strange side effects. Is it almost like hot flashes, or just legit burning?
As stated above, I would keep it simple to start. Add in KSM-66 and see how it impacts your anxiety. Best of luck!
I'm trying to lower my anxiety in an attempt to raise test, or at the very least not be stressed all the time. My cortisol is at 22.2 out of 26 and when my blood was drawn I actually didn't feel stressed. I take a multi, magnesium citrate, zinc and vitamin D3. I have Clomid here, but I took it once 12mg and got a headache but that may have not been from the Clomid itself. I am staying clear of clomid until my deviated septum is fixed, because my hematocrit is too high and so is my red blood cell count. I need to call a new ENT Monday.
If your goal is to lower anxiety, lower cortisol, and increase test, I would say K1ng's Blood would probably be the ultimate supplement for you. It's going to be more expensive than a KSM-66-only product, but with KB, you'll get a host of adaptogens that will regulate your body's response to stress (including KSM-66, EuryGold, PrimaVie) and a bunch of other great ingredients that will improve your mood, confidence, libido, etc.

Only $34.99 from OL right now with the holiday sale, so it's a great time to try it. I too, like to keep things simple to start, and you'd do well with just KSM-66...but based on your situation and the desired effects you mentioned, I figured I'd throw this option out there since it might fit you perfectly.
so ashwaghanda isnt good for the stomach ?
I wouldn't say that, at least with a quality extract like KSM-66. I just went back and checked several studies, and none of them reported more stomach upset or related adverse effects relative to control/placebo. Maybe one person in each study (out of a few dozen subjects or more) reported any stomach upset, but so did the control group in many cases. I wouldn't say that it's a relatively common potential issue like it is for something like forskolin. Jarrow KSM-66 is great, and very well priced. I prefer it to Swanson's KSM-66 since Jarrow is 300mg/cap, where Swanson is 250mg/cap. Since many studies use 600mg/day KSM-66, 2 caps of Jarrow gives you exactly 600mg, where you only get 500mg with Swanson.so ashwaghanda isnt good for the stomach ?
Thanks! I already ordered some KSM-66 already, so I'm going to try that on it's own first. What's the deal with aspartate(Jerry Seinfeld voice)? I've heard mixed things concerning it, that it's easy to get an over-dose even though it's needed. I do remember my "Aspartate Amino Trans" came back at 24(0-37 U/L Range).
Kings blood looks like the old bioforge v3 formula with some extra goodies. Bioforge v3 was one of my old favorites.
Funny you should mention that
The guy who formulated K1ng's Blood may or may not have created Bioforge as well.![]()
