So my parents passed suddenly 8 years ago, first dad than mom of a broken heart, she lasted 3 months and asked me to move home to help her as she was on O2, so I did...she passed in the ICU and I was curled up next to her and I swear I felt my heart break before she died she looked at me and said "you will always be my baby and I love you"..... I still tear up, the message she had for my sister ( 8 yrs older) was I love you take care of my baby. well I think she was pissed infact I know she was,
So in 8 years I attempted to hold onto the house, taxes alone were 7000 a year as it was a HUGE house, In ground pool, 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, sunporch, and so much more, in 2023 I got into a car accident and broke both wrists and my shoulder, after MONTHS of my own PT from day 1 I was able to go back to work but a new job and not 3 like I had before, my arm just was not 100%, so 1 job and I ended up getting behind on the oil and electric, mind you the house was in my sisters name she was in charge of all house stuff and I was in was in charge of all medical issues and I NEVER made a descion with out her, so fast forward I lost the house she sold it and the price was 550, and she got it.....I was heartbroken, so my sister told me that I had 2 choice, she could pay back the loans that I was lacks on and split the profit ( at that point we had no idea what we could get) or she could build a tiny house in her backyard for me , close to family, my nephews mainly....I choose wrong I said tiny house I wanted to be close to my family....
Now the tricky part the tiny house is illegal no second egress but I pay to live in it anyway, I recently told her I wanted to up my car ( paid off) and get a jeep wrangler ( not new , 2023) 32000 miles, good price, fair trade in and she tells me I owe her 800??? I have no idea why so Friday I gave her a cashiers check for 500, than she says on Sunday you owe me 200 more, I was like what??!!!! she said when you moved in you said the 1st and the 15th worked, so I replied with I pay you weekly you ass but you have no issues with that, so IM lpost as to why she would make this so hard, oh and I was only allowed to pay in cash, well screw that cashiers check bitch, now let the IRS know you have more income ....Im done being nice, Im fighting stomach cancer, other GI issues and now her BS I cant do it anymore...I have a plan and I am going thru with it.....just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas........................
