Need a qulaity protein for dieting...

I know this may have been answered before. I am a lean guy, but am looking for a high quality protein blend. Like with Isolate added as well. Must be decnet tasting and lower carb and sugar. Anyone with suggestions?

I add carbolyn, so lower the "crappy" carbs the better. Thanks guys

thanks for the info. I have used primordial products. Actually I buy my products from Mark Alvisi at his Pro Sports Nutrition. Obviously being a Gaspari athlete, he did recommend that. I will give it a try. thanks for info
