Alright, so im looking for a new routine, i have been doing the ectomorph workout on this site for about 8 months, got great results but thinking its almost time to try something else out. I am really liking the full body thing saw alot of growth off of it, also it helps only having to hit the gym three days a week with my packed schedule. I was looking at DC training, looks interesting but im not sure im ready for that yet, i have only been lifting for a little over a year. But throw some routines at me preferably full body, but im open minded.. :cheers:
