Need a multivitamin

Can anyone out there advise a good multivitamin? I have never taken one before and plan on starting I just can't figure out what is good and what isn't, there are so many out there. I'm looking for a pill not a powder. Thanks for your input.
 
animal pak and NOW Adam are good choices for an overall multi.

Me personally, I use the basic men's one-a-day that you can pick up at your local grocery store just for convenience sake.

Hi Killamac, there are many multivitamins available online. A multivitamin will really help you to be in better health and will also enhance your resistance power.A multivitamin is a preparation intended to supplement a human diet with vitamins, dietary minerals and other nutritional elements. I do not have any particular knowledge on any specific product as I have never tried one. But, I hope the other members will help you in this.
 
the problem is...........knowing if your multi contains synthetic vitamins that cause cancer......or not.


go with life extension stuff......or just take hella anti oxidants like COQ10, green tea , vita c 1g tabs, resveratrol, .

i might be over doing it but i take

6g fish oil
milk thistle
coQ10
AAKG
ECY
chromium polynicotinate
CLA
vitamin C 3g


so i don't feel the need to take a multi

Any store multi is good enough but here are some good options:
-Now Adam or Ecogreen
-Animal Pack
-Orange Triad
-Opti-Men
-AI Essentials
 
MST's MVP is another solid multi
 
VITAKIC!!!!



Just kidding...

I usually just do mega man as well as 3-4g fish oil daily. I do supplement extra vitamin c as well.
