Neck surgery

Hi everyone. Had neck surgery 6-19, on my C 4-5-6-7, it was a success. After op no pain or swelling, just sore neck n throat. Eating solids after 2nd day, throat feeling like I had strep. No biggie, I like to eat haha, neck n shoulders stiff n sore like I grappled hard, use to it. It's day 5, I'm normal, no pain, incision is healing well. Have post op Dr visit on 6-28, hope to be able to pick up my kiddies n start to be a lil more active. Hope to be doing body weight exercises in August or September. If anyone has chronic painful neck problems caused by a herniated or bulging disc, I highly recommend this procedure. You can see how it's done on YouTube, it's amazing. I haven't had pain since I woke up on the 19th.

Thank you. I'm resting n recovering into a human sloth haha. No lifting of any kind until Dr clears me. Hopefully in about 6wks. I'm going cuckoo, see my home gym collecting dust ugh ��. I'll be back soon n good as new.

Yes got hardware, replaced C 4-5 n 6-7. Mine doesn't look like yours, mine looks like original spinal bone. Howdid you get injured? How's your recovery?
