NCAA takes on the Natabolic Stack!!!

Nice 6 week review, are you still seeing some strength increases? How are DOMS since going off the Natadrol?

I am seeing a slight increase in strength from last workout, as for doms i they havnt been bad yet, i squat tonight and that will be a real test.

Couple things.

1. Id be interested in the DOMS too. Natadrol had me recovering like no other. Was awesome.

2. Cleveland. How you feel about this Lebron fiasco?
 
Looking good in here NCAA. I had the same problem with Formadrol if you don't swallow all the pills, I was in pain all night! I split it up 2 pills, 2 swallows to make sure that never happened again.
 
Sounds good NCAA and yeah Flex all of this is making me want to hit the Nata again soon. I wonder how long I need to wait after PCT to do Nata, probably don't really need to wait if I take DAA the whole time I am on it. Either way I will be taking a logging break after this one or so I say. LOL

Day 2: Still chill'n, things going great so far.
Day 3: Like a snow cone from a push cart.

Week 2 of PCT down. Nothing really noteworthy. I feel good, there seems to be no drop in strength, the overall intensity isnt like it was a month ago but thats expected. I am chomping at the bit thinking up my next run. Also contemplating new workouts to try.

Specific Attributes:
Alpha feeling / Confidence - Good
Strength - Good
Recovery - Not like it was but still good
Aggression - High/Normal
Appetite - Normal
Libido - Back to normal Id say
Sleep Quality- Good when I get the time
Pump - Very High Ive been tweeking the pwo mixes
Energy levels - Normal
Endurance - I still got 75-90 min workouts in me
Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes - Vascularity seems higher, maybe from lack of sun but its nice to see. Im still kicking a really bad cold/flu but body seems tight and I like it

As far as PCT goes this is about as good as I could ask for. I havnt seen any loss in strength in the gym. I will post my push numbers tonight but everything seems to have plateaued from 3 weeks ago.

Medicine ball pushups

Aerobic ball diamond pushups
Bwx15/10/10 (murdered the shoulders)

Some cable work and pec deck for chest but today was all about shoulders and i couldn't lather anything above my nips in the shower
 
Any ideas of the 'next run'?

Not really ill start doing my research on the AM boards, possibly look into a natadrol+trifecta stack i think i saw someone run. Winter is coming and i got nothing better to do than reshape my body for next summer.

Well the stack has run its course and what can I say... Other than it was an amazing ride. On its own the natabolic stack is a freaking ridiculous recovery booster. It was incredibly mild, no sides after the first 2-3 days. My gains were better than I hoped especially around week 3. The PCT goes by seamlessly and there seemed to be no rebounding effects. I will definitely give the natabolic stack another go.

I would normally put the run down of characteristics I feel, like strength, recovery etc., but everything seems to have normalized. I should mention alot of people are asking me if I have been slimming down.

Here is a recent body picture, I spent most of my PCT concentrating on shoulders are traps. That is to say I did my normal wo routine just added a few sets to those muscle groups and tried to work them in near the beginning of my wo.

Update: Strength is still coming, not huge jumps in strength but 2 weeks after pct and still no rebound or strength loss, I feel great except the fact I just finished legs and now gotta drive my manual transmission home

Not yet I need to pace myself, otherwise im like an impatient kid at christmas time. I'll put together a plan in a couple weeks.

I hear ya man. Either that, or just soak up the holidays, take it easy, try not to recomp in a bad way, then hit it hard come new years...

Cable cross overs with a 45 degree down angle followed by a set with a 45 degree upward angle same weight it's a machine with articulating arms if that makes sense
