Natural supp for anxiety, stress and better sleep quality.

I felt nothing from Phenibut. 250mg to 2g, all it did was possibly help me sleep through the night when I had insomnia problems on high Test.
 
A gram of l-theanine? That seems way high. I only use 100 mg 1 to 2 times a day. Should I experiment with higher doses?

What doses are others in this thread using?

Recent study shows synergistic effect when taken at a dosage slightly above that of Caffeine... ie. 160mg C, 200mg L-Theanine. I take 400mg. But at night I only take about 50-100mg.

**Note** Yes, I know this thread is about *calming* people - so no Caffeine, but I thought I'd get that info out there :)
 
I agree 3g should be the limit for occasional use.

Would a really lose phenibut dose of around 250-500 mg be okay for daily use? Or would tolerance/addiction still occur even at that low of a dose? I'd be using it for reducing anxiety and maybe help some with sleep. The very few posts I've seen online referencing the studies in Russia mention 250 mg being taken 3 times a day to help with anxiety. But I'm not sure how long they stayed at that dose.
 
You wouldn't has withdrawl issues, but I do believe you would build a tolerance eventually with any dose. Best to cycle on/off.
 
I wish I could say that was true. Phenibut is notorious for withdrawal issues and can be impacting with even a single use. For me, it is impossible to take without issues for days afterwards and that is similar with pretty much anyone I have talked to that has used it. Is it debilitating, no. But there is an impact on energy and mood.

I've found the mood impact to last for a day after, and to a lesser degree 2 days after - but I find the impact to be calming and positive. My mood is much better after I take it. I am motivated, focused and just happier.

I try to limit my phenibut use - if you research online you read horror stories about it being addictive and some crazy withdrawal issues, and then some people react to it like Kisaj has said. It is something that works well for me, in moderation, and the side effects are almost nil - but I'm careful.

If I know the amount in a product, I usually use about 1 gram of phenibut for great sleep and I try to limit it to 2-3 times a week MAXIMALLY. Sometimes I don't use it at all, some times I will take it 1X/week, sometimes i'll have a week with a lot of stress where my mind is just going crazy and I need to calm down to sleep and I may use it 2-3 times. I've used it 2 nights in a row, etc. - but I rarely need it.

My favorite product so far is Revivarant G, which I don't know how much phenibut is in it because it is proprietary, but I have a feeling it's a heavy dose at the full serving. I use about 1/3 or 1/2 a scoop of revivarant G for the best sleep. If I use a full scoop, I wake up a little dizzy the next morning. At any rate, the effects on mood are lasting beyond the sleep. It may also be that good sleep improves your mood :)

i can tell you a horror story about this. How much time do you have?

Phen is NOT something you want to play with if you have an addicting personality. People need to know that this stuff becomes increasingly addictive and will require higher amounts.

You do 2 days on, take 4 days off. I am not going to say dont do it, that is for you to decide. Not directed at you HIT4ME just people reading this. I can see you are aware of the risks here, but use caution. You dont want to get addicted to this.
 
everybody is different.. I can get addicted to pharm benzos in no time while phenibut(SNS quality being best imo) but with phenibut it's just different.

Tried picamilon 150 but wasn't a good time to try it.
 
Mucuna L Dopa is my magic bullet, it not only gives you deep REM sleep which is important but it also raises hgh levels and libido. And it's dirt cheap.

I wouldn't put too much stock into it raising hgh level in any appreciable manner but for sleep/relaxation it's great.
