Oh Glycobol Report

I took my first serving of Glycobol yesterday and swelled up quite a bit. I didn't think it was really the Glycobol but the same thing happened today both during my workout, and afterwords with just half a serving. I also took one serving last night with my nocturnabol and Gaba and I was out fast and hard. I also woke up this morning with that groggy feeling like I had slept super hard and super deep all night.
 
Thats why I wont buy new products without seeing logs, I got a lot of respect for DR.D but I dont see why people would buy just because its got his name to it when theres other proven options out there...
 
at least 100 grams of carbs, least. im extra sore today!(from a mediocre workout) think that has to do with glycobol?

well if the ingredients are correct than it SHOULD work right? I mean those same ingredients are in products taht are proven to work
 
try different carbs and meal timings with the glycobol...and not everyone are gonna "feel" necessarily certain aspects of nutrient partitioners.
 
I know, thats one of the reasons I dont understand, why if its the same ingredients as a product that we know works would you buy something to do the same job on the assumption that it might work?
 
Added ingredients to further the effects of Product X that we know works maybe? Cost?

Besides... we are a bunch of lab mice... there isnt one of us on here practically that hasnt tried something new

because dr. d made it, its cheaper, free t shirt and week supply of stoked, has extra ingredients in it that might make it better than proven products
 
alright after talking to crowler and the sinner i've decided to drop glycobol during the day. I'll be taking one pill at night for gh reasons. the two are having an adverse reaction with my body chemistry. this stuff will be great for me on a bulk though.

If Natty doesn't want this I would be interested...What do you want in return?? and Natty I'm not trying to steal something Volc offered you but you never answered him back, and if you don't want it I would surely take it...:dunno:LOL....
 
UPDATE ON THE GLYCOBOL: i definately feel it now guys. I dont know if my weight is up but i definately look a little fuller. How about you Natty T? Knowtice anything? I did my abs and obliques today and they are still bursting out over my shorts!!! On top of all this I have been extra sore, Andrew told me than glycobol will have you feeling a little extra sore from the pumps in the gym.

I was liking glycobol very much. it'll have to wait until I'm on a bulk though, the amount of food I'm going to have to eat while on it is gonna be crazy...
 
Ye I see where you guys are comin from, As I said I do agree that DR.D is a smart guy. ah well good luck with it anyway ya all, If it turns out to be effective at increasing hunger I will buy it just for that..
 
random it's solid stuff. buster's the only guy i've read that's had a problem with it. My first capsule made my muscle swell like a balloon. the pumps on this are very enjoyable, not the painful kind, but the the white hot, muscles on fire and you know you're working them right kind.
 
ya glycobols got me feeling pretty damn sore actually. im eating a ton, i get a little extra sore than i normally would so im taking extra glutamine. the pumps i get in the gym are way different than NO pumps, they are like a swoll feeling in my muscle that almost hurts or feels like a very minor cramp. it like makes my muscles feel kinda sore in the gym. overall im liking it, no complaints, i already see myself swolling up.
 
that's different than how it's making me feel...
maybe add in some taurine? the pumps it's giving me are much more enjoyable than regular pumps...it's almost like what arnold said...Invalid Link Removed
 
its because it is giving you a pump based on real nutrients and food. Eating carbs and having them used efficiently is much more useful and feels better to me than a simple arginine pump.
 
Arnold is slightly disturbing in that vid, I love the gym but comparing it to gettin laid is a bit much haha

it's more for some than it is for others i think.

i'm happiest in my life when i'm in the gym. it's just home for me. it's the main reason i plan on opening one some day.
 
I loved that documentary...Arnold is amazing, but just about most times he opens his mouth I can't help but snicker.

I wish bodybuilding had stayed more like what it was when he was Mr. Olympia... nowadays a lot of guys just look like aliens to me; not what the sport was originally intended to be. Just mho, I'm sure people will disagree but it seems some of the artistry has been lost at the top levels now by some schools of thought.

I agree. It's why I'm wanting compete naturally. I'm not opposed to steroids in fact I support them. I wish we could do more government funded researches...I think we've barely scratched the surface on their abilities...but it's hard to compete in the upper ranks because of that...I want art...I want frank zane...
some of the newer guys though do look more like the art this sport was intended to be...guys like brandon curry, evan centopani, and dan decker...that'smore like what i want. I want art.
 
I like releasing in the gym also...Not necessarily cumming lol...but it feels great most of the time....hahahha:lick:

One of my dreams would be to open a extremely high end training facility like API in Arizona catering to numbers of athletes. Id also set aside a special program for the training and development high school football players. Call it the Texas Football Factory program or something, invite only. Yeah, Id be THAT good haha.

more based off joe defranco's gym, and the whole new jersey lunch pale mentality.
 
Cool to see people with similar aspirations as mine. I too love just being in the weight room, its such a release from a hectic school filled life. I can just focus on me and the weights and be almost in a different world :cool:
 
Today: Leg Day

Notes: Today was the first day on my new routine. I didn't like it much, but I've never liked using high reps...

  • Squats: 225 x 4 sets of 12

    Notes: I had a good pump while doing the exercise but it went away very quickly when I racked the weight.
  • Lying Leg Curls: 100 x 4 sets of 12
  • Bench Squats: 225 x 4 sets of 12

    Notes: I wasn't planning on doing these today, but some kid asked me for weight lifting advice. Turns out he's a freshman at my old school...anyway I showed him these.
  • Single Leg Leg Press: 2 plates on each side x 4 sets of 10
  • Calf Raises: 400 lbs machine weight + 45 + four 35's x 4 sets of 15
  • RDL's: 135x 4 deep sets of 12
  • Lunges: 50's x 1 set of 12

    Notes: I would have liked to have done more, but a bunch of woman came and started doing their crxp in the lunge line....

Overall Notes

I upped the dosage to two sx. I might be feeling it more? I kind of feel like my heads in a fog...I sweated worse than Bill Clinton driving by the play boy mansion...​
 
SX Day 3 review (from other sx review log)
2 Review:

2 was excellent. I enjoyed it much more than one. Much more of a...mellow energy? I wasn't bouncing all over but I was energized. I've experienced absolutely no appetite suppression yet. I'm not surprised though, I'm usually 'immune' to appetite suppressors...I was hopeful though.
It's 10:30 now, I took this at 8, and I'm straight exhausted...not like a crash exhausted just tired.

Just gotta chisel away at that block of stone until you got it shaped right!

Notes: I had to make it a short fast one because I had to drive my mom to get some mri's ran. I went back to my old routine for the sake of speed purposes. I lowered the weights so I could do just 30 seconds or less rest.


  • Bench Press: 215x6 205x6 195x8 185x8 175x8
  • Incline Bench 135x8x2 115x8x2
  • Incline FLy 45's x 4 sets of 8
  • Cable crossovers -low- no idea what machine weight--x 4 sets of 8
  • Cable Crossovers -high- no idea what machine weight--x4 sets of 8

Entire Workout barely lasted 45 minutes. I had an incredible pump but I ended up getting a big lactic acid build up in my chest by the end...guess I'll have to boost up the creatine.

I kinda like that routine, fairly short but it gets the job done! Like the incline flys there. I'm going to have to start doing them again!
