Napalm and Water Retention

Anyone else notice pretty significant water retention in your abdominal region while using Napalm? I have read this elsewhere, and I was wondering why I seemed more puffy there than before I started. Its pretty noticeable by me, so I may discontinue it. Its summertime and I cant be holding a bunch of water around my abs.

My bf% is 11.5, so that may change if I quit Napalm and get rid of the water. I just wanted to get a little more definition around the abs but its going the opposite direction with the water retention.

Yes you DO get water retention when using Napalm (it even states this in the write-up). However, all the water goes once you STOP using the product, which is why it's best to wait 2-3 days after ceasing use of Napalam to really see the effects it has had.

Thanks for the reply. I did not see the write up. I just read a few reviews and decided to give it a shot, but not of them mentioned water retention.

No worries. Now you know.

If you want a topical that doesn't cause water retention then look at perhaps using LipoBURN or Eviscerate instead.

You can add some cafeine to the napalm which will remove most of the bloat. How much I dont remember but its on the board somewhere.
