I was in the warmup room w Greg demming and Ryan's buddy Alex and I look over there and said to Greg: 'is that who I think it is?' Greg says, yeah he's a friend of mine. I said 'uh, do you think I could get a pic w him ?' Greg says, sure, he's used to it. I swear to fcking god the hair on my arms was standing up.

Hitting the rack now boys, I squat at 10, bench at 12 and dl at 3. One thing I'm worried about: because there's so many people here, they're going to be running 2 monos, complete w 2 crews of spotters and judges on that small stage.

Uh, hope they're not doing that with the bench press. That sounds awful.
 
Awesome updates. What an amazing time that must be. How can you not love powerlifting? Makes me want to do a big meet that you have to qualify for even more now.

Game day in Prague, t-minus two hours until I squat. Gonna go get a light breakfast, change and start loosening up. Prolly warmup around 9:15-9:30.

Got stapled w 385, Achilles tore on my third, no question about it, it's balled up in my calf. Gonna floss and tape it, spit on it and deadlift

2/3 in bench, if I had any fcking leg drive I woulda got the third Just pulled close to my opener. It was rough, the hard part is getting down.


We'll see, it might be my only attempt...
