I just realized something. The 345 yesterday was the same fcking weight I missed leading up to nationals, and less than the 350 I smoked the week before last.
I believe herder told me to stay away from that weight before nats, I'm def staying away from it now.

I think you could hit it all day. It's hard to say specifically with us not having a lot of video of you benching maximally. If you were to go from 240 straight to 265, I think it would be a bit big of a jump. But 240 was fast and smooth. Gun to my head, I'd say you could hit 275-285 on a day where you came to the gym and worked up to a max, many small jumps, taking plenty of rest, et cetera. That's the thing about meet day, though. Three attempts and time constraints make it hard to hit a true max.
If it were me, I'd say 235 opener, 255 second, and then anywhere from 265 to 275 depending on how you feel.
