NAC question

First off, no disrespect to CNW in the least, I just want to be sure and safe.

I recently placed an order and after opening the 500g container of NAC, the consistancy, taste, and smell seems off, even compared to previous orders of NAC from CNW. I'm used to a sour/bitter taste, with fairly large granules. This powder is much finer than normal, the consistency of Alcar, and has almost no taste or smell.

Could the powder have been mixed up or am I just missing something? Again, no disrespect, CNW has always been great, with incredibly fast order turn around. I will continue ordering with no hesitation, I just want to be safe.

It is of course possible, although unlikely to mix them up.

However, NAC should have a very distinct sulfur smell. I would feel better about sending a new one out just in case. Post your order # and I will take care of it.
 
Ok, I am quite confused as I did not place an NAC order with custom...at least by my email records. I'm not sure I did now, I meant to, but apparently left it out.

Order # was 11754, shipped 8-14-06. The items listed as shipment #2 have not arrived, which I'll wait out considering how wishy-washy the postal service here tends to be.

The #1 shipment arrived, but I did recieve a second box containing a container listed as 500g of NAC, but the common smell/taste isn't there so I have no idea what it is. This was the item that threw me off.

If nothing else, I can at least offer that the unknown container was meant for someone else, with a different label. Please don't go out of your way for any of this, since my information is fragmented at best. I'll just place another order for NAC later today.
 
Doh. Ok, the NAC was ordered along with some other anti-oxidents from another place. I am very sorry for the confusion over that.

Could you check and see if shipment 2 was sent out? The only possible issue is if the unknown container replaced the items in the #2 box.

i might have experienced something similar. CNW's bulk BCAA's are different from all other BCAA type powders i have used. its not as fluffy and has a different texture as it seems more dense. it also mixed better than others. i hate to question this because i love CNW, but is it possible that i got a different powder. or maybe my batch had a greater isoleucine/valine content cause i know leucine is a very fluffy powder. any thoughts custom? ill always be a customer but the BCAA's had me question.
 
WRT to the BCAA's, I now have them manufactured for me instead of just mixing the raw materials. They grind them down to almost a micronized size. Hence the greater density and mixing ability.

awesome! that makes me feel better. i have extreme faith and trust in your company but i also know mistakes can happen
