n00b here... need criticism!

what's up guys. i'm jesse

first of all, id like to say this is a BAMF board with tons of great info.

secondly, i'm getting ready to start a cycle and i'd like to run my plans by everyone. feel free to let me know if i need something else or i need to change a dosage or if i'm wasting my time with something.

m-drol:
week 1 - 1 tab daily
weeks 2-4 - 2 tabs daily

milk thistle extract:
2 600mg tabs daily for liver support

nolvadex:
1 20mg tab daily for weeks 3-4 of m-drol (gyno prevention)

i also take bodytech's ultimate man elite multivitamin... 1 in the a.m., 1 in the p.m... my pre-workout is 1.5 scoops of n.o. shotgun

for PCT...

nolvadex:

weeks 1-2
2 20mg tabs daily (40mg/day)

weeks 3-4
1 20mg tab daily (20mg/day)


i'm trying to keep it as economical as possible being a broke-a$$ white kid. i think everything looks good for my cycle. i'm mostly concerned about needing anything else for PCT and losing all the gains because my PCT sucked. so any input is greatly appeciated.

Here is something you will need.

A Good Diet. Your PH will be worthless without one. Only you know how well you eat :)

Because I hope you get the best out of your cycle, I'm going to point out the obvious.

Supplements are useless if your diet is not on point. Depending on supplements instead of diet is both uneconomical as well as lazy. If your diet is not up to par before, during, and after your cycle you can expect to lose the majority of your gains as well as have the satisfying feeling of wasted money.

An PCT's main goal is to restore your HPTA but if your diet isn't adequate you can expect to lose your gains. Your body will not support muscle if it does not have the calories to, especially because your hormone levels aren't going to be normal. The most important thing besides establishing a normal HPTA balance is to eat well above maintainence calories.

As far as supplements go... I'd head to the anabolic section for advice on your nolva dosages. I'm not a cycle expert by any means but using the nolva on cycle is only going to be necessary if you start developing gyno symptoms, otherwise you could very well have diminished results because of its hormonal nature. I'm not familiar with M-Drol or its pathway in the body (sorry, too lazy to research it right now), so I can't give you an opinion concerning extended nolva use on cycle either. I'm sure one of the anabolic guru's could give you much better advice concerning that.

Check out a product called Cycle Support by Anabolic Innovations, great stuff to have.

Ah, I was just assuming you were a noob to the whole bodybuilding thing. Glad you know Diet is key :) Welcome here by the way good to have you.

yeah im not a noob to the whole working out scene. im just a noob to the boards. that's mainly why I posted this in the wrong section. can a mod move this?
