This was in abot a 1 1/2 year process. I currently just finished up a Mdrol cycle. Went form 198 to 215. The first pic is 178, second is now weighing in at 215. I begin my cut tomorrow.

I know, always kick myself in the ass for not taking any before pics, but you can still tell. I mean look where my arms come out of my sleeves, ha the look like little noodles..
 
Thanks bro! Actually 28 days in in the CKD diet, started at 215, weighed in this morning at 196! Loving it, its amazing. I think I'm actually gaining lbm! New pics will be up in a month or so when finished!

Lookin forward to checkin them out mr noodle arms! Hahaha jk

Thanks brotha! Im am pleased with the ckd diet. I didn't think I had lost any size, but now that I look at it, my bi's are smaller for sure, which is weird because the way my shirts fit, they seem the biggest they have been! IDK? Maybe it is the flex is different, because they measured the biggest the have the other day at 16 1/4. Oh well, I will bulk my way right back up, this time clean and the right way.

Thank you! Ya they are getting there, the love handles are slow going though!! I'm hoping to be comfortable in the next 4 weeks, then slowly add the carbs, but continue trying to slim down. I have the lack of strength with no carbs!!
 
Completely normal with no carbs....I honestly do not know how you guys have NO carbs at all in your diet....As long as you create a caloric deficit you will lose bodyfat...I'm a big believe in a low/moderate carb, high protein, and a low fat diet myself.

But hey if it's working for ya go with it...Everyone is certainly different.

I totally agree with you 16. I was going to run the anabolic diet, but after the first week I some how turned it into the CKD. So, I figured I would turn it into the CKD diet, and cycle it for 8 weeks. I'm haveing outstanding results, so I will maintain the diet for another 4 weeks, and then slowly re-introduce carbs and work up form there. Will I use this diet again, probably not. But I will also NOT let myself get to the point where I need to! It has also helped me learn alot about my body, diet, and how it responds to certian things. But, damn!!! Sucks when my co-worker bring WW sweet onion buns and burgers for a bbq on friday afternoons!!!
 
Nice work so far man! I'm basically following a good month behind you with the M-drol then cut. My wedding is coming up at the very end of May, so I gotta get after it hard before I hit the beach for our honeymoon!

Good luck with everything man!! Hope you cycle turns out good. Ya the cutting part sucks.... I would much rather be bulking, but, in do time. I'm going to get as low as I can in the next month or so, so I can run a Tren cycle this summer.
 
have you ever tried a natty test booster? Reason i ask is becasue i wonder if im "ready" for it yet. I got t-911 in the mail today and im a little scared. Could you check out the pics in my workout log and let me know if you think im ready. The link is in my signiture, i got a timeline of pics on page 1, and i got some pics i took yesterday compared to older pics on page 7
