How's your conditioning been? My grappling conditioning is pretty good most of the time. I cycle carbs so it is hit and miss. I do GPP stuff from time to time as well, but my stand up kind of stalls out after a while. I start going flat footed after a few rounds. It's a good thing I drill takedowns a lot. 
Keep the frequency up man. If you can't meet up and train with someone, find a bag or so some shadowboxing. I even got a grappling dummy to practice on because my wife is a pussy if I try to roll with her. lol
