im 39. lift 3 days a week, cardio 3 days a week. not looking for max gains just overall general fitness/health. i lift hard with minimal rest between sets. right now i use muscle milk light and betagen. i eat a pretty decent diet that i dont intend to change much. i plan on dropping the betagen and going with essentials when it come out and poseidon. what are your thoughts on these choices? feedback please

I think essentials and poseidon is a very nice looking combination. Should have all your bases covered. If you need any help just pm me :)
 
I agree with bolt here. Essentials looks great, and Poseidon is always a good way to go
 
Well I wont comment on the Essentials since I wouldn't have come out with it if I didn't think it was a real solid product.

As far as Poseidon it really is an AMAZING product for me. I take it every day and when in heavey training I take 5 - 7 servings a day.
