I have been on Hormone Replacement Therapy with Test injections since my early teens due to hypogonadism, and have just ended a 4-week cycle of M14ADD with a Transdermal 1-Test. I have gained more excess than I would have liked, and need a little help on cutting. You see, as I am on Hormone Rep. Therapy I do not need to do a PCT, so I can jump into leaning out right away and continue with normal HRT protocol injections.
Today is day #2 off of my cycle, and I have a question regarding VPX ClenbutrX and MDHT. The question is, can I combine the two to aid in fat loss along with Designer Supplement's Lean Extreme and GXR? Does MDHT have anti-catabolic traits?
Also, I need a critique of my cutting plan. I plan on using a DFHT split, training as follows:
Monday: Upper 1 + 30mins Low Intensity Cardio PW
Tuesday: Lower 1
Wednesday: AM 60 Minutes Low Intensity Cardio
Thursday: Upper 2 + 30mins Low Intensity Cardio PW
Friday: Lower 2
Stats: 5'11" 170lbs (I know, but i've come a long way)
Skinfold Comp:
Abdomen: 9mm :rant:
BF: ~13%
Diet: ~2000 Calories w/Clenbutrx + MDHT pre-wkout
The Goal: I would like to achieve a body fat of ~7-8%, maintain muscle mass, and prepare for my next cycle, as well as hopefully increase strength slightly. Looks like i'll have my work laid out for me. :whip:
My Next Cycle (6 weeks from now):
Weeks 1-4: 30mg Superdrol
Weeks 1-4: 150mg M14ADD
Weeks 1-6: 1-Test
Weeks 1-6: VPX EQ (1,4AD)
Weeks 4-6: 50mg MDHT Pre-Workout
