My SD cycle..looking for suggestions/opinions/feedback

I hit arms hard today. It was great. New weighted dip record: 2 45's & a 10. That's 100lbs + my weight in dips. My goal, 3 45s or 135lbs. I loved it. Definitely put a huge smile on my face.

I got my body composition done before I worked out. There may be a 2-4% error according to the girl that did it to me. She did 2 readings pinching my chest, abdomen, & quad on the right side both times. It was that caliper reading one. I ended up having 8.9% body fat. I'm not sure how right that is. I mean look at my pics? lol Anyways, that's all for today folks. Chest tomorrow, for now I have to hit the library till 2am. See you boys around.
 
Skipping chest today & leaving it for Sunday. My ams are KILLING me. Sore as a mudda lol. I'll do it Sunday.

damn i'm new to this site and i'll be starting an sd cycle in a couple of weeks, after reading your log i've learned some good info, and hope that i will have some good gains while on my cycle. keep up the good work!!!

Good luck with that. If you want you should keep a log too so we can all see your progress. If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask. As you can see the guys on the site are very, very helpful & know their stuff!

Hit back & shoulders really quick today cause I was angry/frustrated. I'm starting to fall in love with my new body.

I'll probably put up some updated pics tomorrow so you guys can see what's going on during PCT.

Prostanazol would make an excellent choice. Legal & works well for recomp (my personal experience).

IMO, I would run a five week cycle w/ SD & Prostanazol.
Week 1-3 SD 20mg/day
Week 3 SD 20mg/day & Prostanazol 75mg/day
Week 4-5 Prostanazol 75mg/day

That's a good idea, I am 1 week away from running Prostanozol and look forward to the results. I would only make a few personal adjustments.

Hit chest today. I loved it. Strength is still fresh & there.

I put up 245lbs 6 times on flat bench. Also 225lbs 6 times in decline bench.

Might not sound like much here on the board but it's definitely a HUGE increase for me lol. So gym was a success today.

So I'm starting to think about & pick up stuff for my next cycle. I bought a 60ct bottle of Prostanozol today which put a HUGE smile on my face. Basically I've decided that I'm running an SD+Prost cycle starting Feb.

Upcoming Cycle Info: (This one's a 5 weeker)

Week 1: 20mgs SD/day
Week 2: 20mgs SD/day
Week 3: 20mgs SD+75mgs Pro/day
Week 4: 75mgs Pro/day
Week 5: 75mgs Pro/day

I'm going to keep taking Milk Thistle, RYR, Hawthorne Berry, multivitamin, Vitamin C, & maybe CoQ10 (stuff's kind of expensive so I'm not sure yet) after my PCT is over all the way till the cycle. When I start the cycle I'm probably going to stop the Milk Thistle & pick up some ALA/NAC or Pro Liver or something, then start Milk Thistle again for PCT. I just think I should maybe use a stronger anti-o than Thistle considering the cycle. I'm also going to throw in some Finasteride although it may slightly limit my gains. I don't know what else I can do to help with the hair so I'm open to suggestions. I guess that about covers pre & during cycle.

For PCT this time I'm going to change it up a bit. It'll last 5 weeks. Although I didn't get any gyno while on cycle (just slight puffiness & more sensative nipples but no itchiness or swelling/ball formation, etc) I think that this time I'm going to get some Nolva. I'll also run Rebound XT alongside, maybe with a cortisol inhibitor such as SNS Reduce XT again. Of course I'll throw in Fenugreek & continue the other supplements. I think that about covers it.

The goal for that cycle will be to add about 8-10lbs of lean mass while also cutting down from 8.9% body comp to around 6-6.5%. I know I should probably pick 1, but what I am thinking is keeping cals high, but clean during the first 2-3 weeks while on SD (around 3500-4000) & then cutting them down by about 500kcal when starting the Prostanozol (to about 3000-3200). My workout will stay about the same except I will include about an hour of cardio on my off days. Of course I'm going to figure out my target heart rate (I'm aiming at about 60-65% of my max heart rate). I won't be taking any creatine or anything on this cycle as I think I'll be stressing my body enough as it is. I figure this at 3 times a week should get the job done.

I think that about covers my next cycle. Sorry I threw this all on you guys now but PCT is boring the **** out of me. I can't wait to get back ON! lol. Anyways, any opinions would ROCK!

Also I'm going to take two weeks off in Jan (probably the 2 weeks right before I start my cycle) to train strength. Basically I'm going to change my workout to 2-3 sets of 2-3 reps with heavy weight. Then I'll jump back into the 4 sets of 6-12 reps (until failure) once I start my cycle.

Sound good?

Hit legs & chest today in the gym. I know, I know..I'm overtraining cause I hit chest again but my buddy was doing it so I wanted to as well. I was significantly weaker though but I was also doing free weights instead of benching on the assisted squat machine. Legs were crazy though. They definitely have gotten stronger.

Tomorrow is shoulders & back, can't wait.

I was reading up on IGF-1. I must say that I'm slowly being compelled to try it at the end of my Feb cycle from the things I've been reading. Anyone know/have any experience with this compound? Anyways, once again..fire out your opinions.
 
OK, ok..so I was board & after stripping for a friend for her bday I decided to put up new pics coming into week 3 of PCT. I have dropped in weight but strength is up & I haven't really noticed a size decrease. I'm all ears on this folks....


Also if you guys could help me out with my next cycle in Feb. It's on page 8 of this thread. Thanks again.

hey man well looks good. definately see an improvement. now im gonna critisize and tell you to keep working ont that chest and traps. should come quickly though, youve started yourself on the right track and your arms are lloking good as well as you mid section. nice log bro:thumbsup:

Thanks man! You're right though, I have to hit my chest a lot more next cycle. I want to pack on more mass on my legs & chest. Traps are getting there slowly, but man is my chest stubborn.

What do you think of my plans for my second cycle in Feb? They're on this log on the page before this. Need some criticism on that.

NONE!

If I could drive somewhere instead of walk (I live in a college town), I'd do it.

The only thing NEAR resembling cardio that I did was 2 sets of 100 straight crunches for abs & then obliques w/ a 45lb dumbell on the back extension machine.

Pretty amazing right? LOL

So yea, this was my bulking cycle. My cutting cycle is coming up in Feb. Stay tuned for that.

BTW, I hit shoulders & back today. Strength is still up there. I'm very happy with my SD results. Eager for my next cycle.

Oh yea, I was wondering..has anyone ever used the AB Lounge? Is that thing really any good? Feedback would rock, I'm curious.

SomeGuy...I think I may have found out why you get nosebleeds. 10% of males have a gene which causes excessive absorption of dietary iron. What this basically mean is that your body is absorbing more iron than it needs. When your blood contains excess iron, the only way for your body to get rid of it is to bleed (through the gums, nose, etc). Now, men who are genetically predisposed to this & take Vitamin C are overwhelming the iron storage. This occurs because Vitamin C enhances iron absorption (amongst many other awesome things Vitamin C does). This enhancement will cause you to absorb even more iron & therefore bleed more.

Probably it has nothing to do with this, but I found it to be pretty interesting. If you're high dosing Vitamin C, try to cut it down or take it out completely & see if the nosebleeds stop. If they do, voila!

If not I'm an ass. lol

in a cool dark cubbord/closet. if cooled (refridgerated) i know itll mess withthe solution and change dosing amount (mg/ml) so you have to gently shake/stirr and let it get to room temp before dosing, thats why i just use the closet.

Eager for my next cycle.

Got a 10lb bag of ON 100% Whey today. First shake tonight. Let you guys know how it tastes. Definitely a lot less fat than Muscle Milk so I'm happy about that.

They have stopped now, I don't feel any sides at all, no back pumps etc. I am taking 20mg a day and now I'm taking an extra 10mg on workout days. I might even bump it to 30mg for the rest of my tabs.

I orderd a tub of 90 superdrol, I will be using it next year probably run that at 30 all the way through maybe even try going up to 40.

Dude, you seriously don't need to dose up that high. JMHO.
 
I'll probably go to 30 but not 40, I just don't realy feel any thing, I've gained half inch on my arm and forearm my legs and chest and back gaining as well put on about 5 pounds, I'm 14st 10 atm i want to try and hit 15st by the end of my cycle.

I'll just stick to 20 a day and 30 on workout days for this cycle then maybe try 30 straight through for my next.
 
Hit chest today. Strength is still there. I'm creeping up on week 4 of PCT, I think. Last week. I'll keep you guys posted.

Why thank you Jimmy. Yeah man, I seriously have learned A LOT thanks to this cycle. Hell I'm already planning/preparing my next cycle (SD+Prostanozol) for Feb. I'll be keeping a similar log to this one for that cycle as well. It should be fun.

Anyways, to answer your question, yes that pic in the pool was about a month give or take before I did my cycle. I was weighing about 176 in that pic. The funny thing is that before this summer I was weighing 155. Imagine that, I mean **** I look skinny enough in that pic as it is, 20lbs lighter is insane.

Well fellas, today marked my last day of PCT (thank the good Lord). I managed to keep my size & my strength (strength actually went up a little during PCT). I'll probably post pics tomorrow so you guys can see the final result. Overall, I loved my SD & it was a great experience.

Now I know I also promised bloodwork but I think I'm going to wait until after my next cycle in Feb. to get it done & post it up. Sorry if I'm breaking any hearts here.

Overall, I'd like to thank everyone that tuned in throughout this process & anyone that helped, specially Quickryde for all his help prior to beginning my cycle. Poopy & jonny you guys were the **** too. I hope that this log was informative to all those out there researching or planning a SD cycle. You guys are all really a stand-up bunch here on AM. Thanks for the thrills.

On my last note (not really my last note cause I still have to post the pics) I'd like to let you boys know you haven't seen the last of me yet. As I said above I'm planning a SD+Prostanozol cycle which I'm going to start the first week of Feb. I'll also keep a log just like this one for that so stay tuned if you're interested. That cycle will definitely be followed by bloodwork, I give you boys my word. I'll probably be starting a thread for that cycle in the next week or two planning everything out & making sure I have everything in check, so I'll be seeing you all again very soon.

No! By no means is 6oxo or Rebound standalone strong enough to restart the test production in your body. You need a SERM! Period!
Nolvadex is therefore ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for an superdrolcycle. Please note its Nolvadex not novedex or nolvedex. Please look for Tamoxifen Citrate.
You can also use Clomid, some users feel this is good as clomid does a lot of good to your lipid profile.

Actually from all the research I've done it really seems to depend on the person doing the cycle. Rebound XT along with Reduce XT & my support supps & some Fenugreek worked perfectly fine for me. A lot of people have run a SD cycle & used Rebound as their primary PCT supp & have come out of it just fine (I believe Quickryde is an example if I remember correctly). Others have used Nolva & Clomid etc. I didn't because I didn't like the fine print that was associated with its use but I'm over that now.

For my next cycle I'm running the PCT that I have above just because I feel I should have a stricter, more serious PCT for my own sake. But I honestly don't think that Nolva or Clomid are required as PCT for SD. That's just my .02.

I may also be wrong here or just a little confused, but to my understanding SERMs don't restart test production? I always thought they were just Estrogen inhibitors/blockers and did not affect testosterone production hence why an ATD such as Rebound needs to be run with a SERM for PCT? I may be totally wrong here.

Actually, no. I had been thinking about that because I didn't do too hot this semester but I realized it was because I had my head in my ass early on in the semester & was partying pretty much every night. When I jumped on SD I saw I was more focused in the gym & I had a routine (class, gym, library). I also realized that I woke up feeling more energized & refreshed & less lethargic. I had an overall feeling of well-being. As for the library & studying I didn't feel SD diminished my capabilities in any way. Also, being that you can't get shitfaced on cycle or PCT I was devoting a lot more time to school than I normally would. I pretty much loved being on cycle. I felt like I was peaking in all aspects of my life & I can't wait to jump on again (**** I sound like an addict lol!)

Good news boys..final weight after PCT:

187.8lbs (gained 16lbs kept 11.8lbs)

EDIT: I'm also looking into taking something for mental focus, just to try it out.

Nope, no shrinkage. The boys just got sucked up a little closer to my body, kind of like before you nut. They dropped down & dangled again during PCT & they're fine now. Mind you my main PCT supplement was Rebound XT. It also took away any nipple puffiness I had, which wasn't much at all.
