My SD cycle..looking for suggestions/opinions/feedback

Haven't hit the gym in 2 days. I might work out today if not tomorrow. This weekend really threw me off with the holidays, seeing the EX & friends in town, & my b-day which is coming up. PCT starts Monday.
 
Heading back home to Gainesville today. It sucks but you have to do what you have to do. Today marks the last day of my 4 weeker. These past 2 or 3 days I have been feeling lethargic, maybe because I haven't been working out. Anyways, I start PCT tomorrow & need some help. I got up to 20 mgs SD/day.

I was thinking Rebound XT at 75/50/50/25? Does that sound ok? Also when should I take the dosages? Should I split them up throughout the day or take them all at once at a certain time?

Then I'm also taking SNS Reduce XT (pretty much Lean Extreme). I think I'm going to do 4,3,2,1. How does that sound?

I'll also continue all my support supps throughout PCT & I will be getting bloodwork done end of December/early January.

XXtruxx1 do you have any info on SNS Reduce i am ending my cycle of sd and was thinking about using Sns reduce xt

For my PCT I'm using Anabolic Xtremes Retain and Rebound XT.

A quest about the superdrol my tub hasn't arrived yet, are they tabs or caps? I heard the half life isn't very long so you have to spread them out over the day how did you split the 10mg for the first week?
 
just once a day pre workout worked well for me. i suppose you could empty the cap and take it in thirds but who know how much filler over active youll get plus i dont know that with that small a dose that its all that effective. i think your better off to take it once let it spike real high in your body then fizzle out. JMO
 
Leg day at the gym today. Last day of my cycle :(. I feel TINY since I haven't worked out in 3 days. Just hope I haven't lost any gains.

Should I run the Reduce (or Lean Extreme) at 4,3,2,1?

Also when's the best time to take these supps? How should I break them up throughout the day?

I'm discontinuing Taurine cause I'm not on SD anymore.

I worked out legs today. They didn't get much bigger but definitely much stronger.
 
question....you took 10/20/20/20 of sd for a month right? and you worked out 4 times a week? how would that play in with my work out plan if i work out 5 times a week, mon-fri ... and did you take any thing over weekends?

Yea I did. I worked out 4 times a week for the first week & then I worked out every day for the next 3 weeks. I don't know what your workout plan/division is. You're going to have to be more specific. I took SD every day & NO-Xplode/Cellmass/Dextrose only on workout days. I always had Muscle Milk twice a day every day.

That 10/20/20/20 is by week not day. You will see similar doage format throughout site.

I hit shoulders & back today. Man was I dead. Had to cut the workout a few excercises short. I was feeling a bit lethargic today so I'm going to up the carbs. I started PCT today too. I couldn't believe how tired I was. I still had the same strength but I was dying, man. Maybe cause I worked out legs really hard yesterday? Maybe cause I was lethargic cause I didn't get enough carbs today? Either way I'm upping the carbs. We'll see how the rest of the week goes.

The pumps were still insane today though. I'm thinking about making up the back & shoulder exercises I missed on Thursday when I hit arms. We'll see how that goes.
 
Hit bi's & tri's yesterday at 12am. WOW!!! Even on PCT I'm getting insane pumps (probably cause of the NO-Xplode) & I'm feeling great. Strength is still on the rise. I did 2 sets of 8 dips with 2 45lb plates hanging from a belt. This was a new record high for me. My nipple puffiness has also begun to go down now that I'm on PCT. I DIDN'T have gyno, my nipples just got a little puffy, that's all. It's pretty much gone already.

So far, so good. I'm loving SD! No crazy sides to complain about & I'm definitely planning a cutting cycle using it in Feb. I've gone down in weight but it must be fat because I'm still looking huge.

Today's chest day. Can't wait. I should've focused on my chest more over this cycle. I definitely will next cycle. I feel it's a problem area for me.
 
I was looking at your pct supp list. That sure is alot of stuff. I just got some pct supps that I'm planing on using when I'm done with my e-max lmg cycle.

novadex and rebound? correct me if im wrong but isnt this doubleing up on the same thing? i dont think they are both needed bro, one or the other will do.
 
Yes, after reading both of them, they are pretty much the same. I guess I have something for my next cycle... There is so much out there it gets confusing for an old guy like me just starting to really get into all this...I'll keep reading and learning and eventually I will know all there is to know....(that's my version of humor....)

Well, I guess I do. My exact PCT is this:

Rebound XT 75,50,50,25mgs
SNS Reduce XT 50mgs (2caps throughout 4 weeks)
Fenugreek 3,2,2,1 (each cap is 610mg)
Milk Thistle 1500mg
CoQ10
Hawthorne Berry
Red Yeast Rice
etc.

Official weight as of today: 192lbs

Hit chest today. It was definitely fun. I wasn't really much weaker. I think I was just dead cause I was jumping from exercise to excercise without a lot of rest & it's an all chest day. Also I killed my tri's yesterday. For the most part I had similar strength to before.
 
I started my superdrol cycle yesterday at 20mg, worked out my legs didn't realy feel much differant. But I woke up in the morning with a big nose bleed, it finaly stopped and i sneezed, so it started again :(

How much do you weigh? Maybe 20mgs is too much for you to start with? If anything bump it down to 10mgs. You don't really feelmuch for the first few days because it has to "load" into your system. Well, not load like the old creatine, but it's not going to start having an effect on your body right away so don't expect that. Give it time, be patient, keep working out & EATING. I can't stress diet enough. You won't get results if you don't eat. Make sure to rack up on those carbs!! As far as the nosebleeds, I haven't heard of anyone getting nosebleeds while ON. Maybe it was just a coincidence? Don't quote me on this.

Day off today, spending it studying in the library. FUCKING GAY!
 
I checked my blood pressure, 135 on the chart I read it says 140 is high so I don't think its that bad. I havn't checked my bp in a long time and I havn't had a nose bleed for years.

I weigh 202lb at the moment, I took another 20mg today (spread out) and I've been fine all day could have been a one off I'll see what happens.

You're boderline hypertension, like me. I don't get nosebleeds though.

Yea, probably. Didn't work out today. Won't tomorrow. Back again on Monday. My pee smells like the fenugreek no matter what the color is.
 
I had a little nose bleed this morning when I blew my nose to clear all the crap, wasn't as bad as yesterday measured my bp and its down to 127 now.

Have you ever taken AX Perfect Cycle? I should have just got milk thistle this stuff smells and tastes like **** :icon_lol:
 
Trux i am starting my PCT on Wed I am going with Novedex xt and Sns Reduce xt. I read your log about ur PCT but I am 233 and suggestions on amounts to take?
 
I got my stuff from, Invalid Link Removed send him a mail, he said he had some retain to me when I asked its just not on the site yet. The retain and lean xtreme are ment to do the same thing I think.
 
ya they basically do the same thing but im not dure wich is better, many rave about lean extreme but i dont know how it compares since its always been so hard to get ahold of.
 
Wow, I just been in the gym today this is the 4th day I've been taking 20mg a day for now and it feels great :D I havn't had any more nose bleeds.

I did day 1 :

DAY 1 - PULL

Deadlifts
Dumbbell or Barbell Rows
Barbell or Dumbell Curls
Hammer Curls
Dumbell or Barbell Shrug

My arms feel like they are going to pop and my back is pumped as well :D

How is your PCT going trux?
 
PCT's pretty good. I'm hitting legs today in the gym. I have lost a little weight but I'm not sure where because I'm still pretty big as far as size goes. I have noticed a small drop in libido, but that's about all. So far, so good.
 
I keep getting nose bleeds if I blow my nose, doesn't help much that my dam rose is runny so I need to blow it, I'll just have to avoid it

Lay off the coke. I heard that **** kills your nose. Save it for a cutting cycle, **** will get you wired & ripped!!!!!!:woohoo:

Lol, I get random drug tests where I work and I havn't had a nose bleed today :rofl:

Sweet! Hitting gym today, shoulders & back. Can't wait. Finals have me crazy stressed. I'm getting sick, nothing serious just cold weather sniffles. I'll post up how it goes.

Increase you fluid intake and don't blow so hard. If your doing it right away in the morning wait till after you take a shower, the steam will help to keep your nose from bleeding. I get nose bleeds if I blow my nose upon waking.

Hit gym today for some back & shoulders. I thought I might be weaker seeing as I'm getting sick but nope. I've actually gotten stronger. Some improvements I've noticed:

190lb Seated Row (used to be at about 140 or so)
165lb Military Press
135lb (per arm) Lateral/Vert Row
Pull ups w/ weight

etc, etc.

I don't feel like I've lost any size, but I have lost some poundage. I've also slightly decreased my caloric intake seeing as I don't have a hella lotta time to eat nowadays due to school.
 
Yea, so last night at 2am after studying I was at Waffle House. Definitely put away some food. Bacon, Eggs, 2 Waffles, double serving of Hasbrowns, & toast. Insane.

I'm hitting bi's & tri's today. We'll see how that goes.

So you have been experiancing hair loss? Also may want to look at Dutasteride as it inhibits both types of DHT, while finasteride inhibits only one. Dont know if there is a whole lot of feedback on it though.

It's not so much that I noticed hair loss. I mean I'm prone to MPB & have thin hair. While on my SD cycle I went in for a haircut & the lady told me that I should start using Rogaine cause my hair was thinning a little. I never noticed any shedding or anything so I don't know. It could also be because I was wearing hats a lot more, practically every time I went to the gym & for class & stuff (I'm too lazy to really get dressed up for class). I think the excessive hat wearing may have had something to do with it, but I'm not sure.

For my next cycle I'm considering shaving my head at about the second week, just so I can sport a Hawk for a week or two & then shave my head completely. I still want to look into something for hair care while on cycle, but I'm scared it's going to kill my gains. I already started putting some Rogaine on my vortex area just for the hell of it.

I'm starting to plan out my Feb. cycle. I have an unopened bottle of 60 & 90 caps of SD. I wanted to do a cutting cycle using SD. I don't know much about fat burners or anything (all I've heard of is Lipo-6). I was wondering if you guys could help me (specially if you've done a cutting cycle before) plan mine out. I was thinking another 4 weeker of SD at 20mgs a week so far but I'm not sure what to stack it with? I'm definitely looking for something legal, so nothing like clen or anything. I want to start getting my gear ready for that cycle ASAP.

Right now I'm weighing 185lbs. My body fat (judging by the pics, I'll try to get an accurate reading today at some point) must be around 13-14%? I would like to get it down to around 9-10% & also put on some lean muscle (about 6-8lbs or so). I already plan on decreasing caloric intake by about 500 kcal during this cycle & I plan on incorporating cardio 3 times a week (on off days) for about an hour.

My PCT is going to be probably the exact same as this one & I'm going to frontload the supps I need to take throughout the cycle starting two weeks before I actually start.

So any suggestions, I'm open to them. Let a brotha know!!
