My run with MST's Kreaceps

Night of Biceps

Well, I gotta say double sessions are tough enough, but doing them at night, especially when you have been up since 4am is a bit much. However, I pushed forward.

Biceps
Standing alternating curls (4 sets): 50lbs 8 reps 45lbs 10 reps
BB Curls (5 sets): 115lbs 9 reps, 105lbs 11 reps
2-arm preacher curls (4 sets): 130lbs 7 reps, 110lbs 10 reps
Glass Hammer Curls (4 sets): 55lbs 8 reps, 50lbs 10 reps
1-arm preacher curls (4 sets): 70lbs 9 reps, 60lbs 12 reps
Concentration curls (4 sets): 35lbs 10 reps

Feelings
Great pump, so great in fact that my wife commented on it when I got home. Vascualrity is outta control. I am seeing the final biceps vein making its way out. However, no more doubles morning/night

Shoulder Morning

Well, this is the first time that I hit shoulders at 5am, and I was pleasantly surprised. I also found out that the "nursery" at the gym is open on Saturdays which means I will get the chance to do legs tomorrow.

Shoulders
Seated Press (8 Sets): 250lbs 1 rep (thats right baby), 225lbs 5 reps
Side DB laterals (8 sets): 35lbs and 20lbs superset
Bent Over Cable Laterals (4 sets): 30lbs 12 reps
BB Shrugs (8 sets): 405lbs 10 reps, 365 13 reps
Front Cable Raises (4 sets): 60-70lbs 10 reps

Hit the bike for 20 minutes at conclusion of workout.

Feelings
Holy hell, I finally got the 250lbs. For the first time in years I was actually nervous before a lift, specifically because I had no spotter. In this case that was probably a good thing as it really forced my focus. The funniest part to the whole thing, is that there is an older gentleman there who was woking in the same general area as I was. As I was building up to 250 and did my set w/225 for 3 as I warmed up, he came up and told me that I was making him just wanna go home and go to bed. He sat there shaking his head with every lift thereafter. I gotta say I am thrilled to death!!!!!

Solid last couple of sessions! And most of all, congrats on 250!! Bet those 2 45's, the 10 and 5 looked great on the way up!

Well today was a quick workout due to having my daughter with me. But here is how it went

legs
Squats (5 sets): 315lbs 2 sets 8 & 10 reps
Leg Extensions (4 sets): 180-200lbs 15 reps
Seated Leg Curls (4 sets): 150-160lbs 8 reps
1 legged press (4 sets): 225lbs 8 reps

Feelings
A quick workout, but decent pump. 1 more workout left on monday which will be back, and then back to normal once my wife gets back.

Just as an FYI, today will be back detail due to the crazy schedule. Today is also my last day of Kreaceps, which I will be taking as normal. Will probably hit the gym by 9-9:30ish. My daughter will be coming with me again, as my wife is finally due home later trhis afternoon. Woo hooo

Final day of Kreaceps

Well we got to the gym around 9ish so it was back detail day.

Back
BTN Pulldowns (4 sets): 165-195lbs 12-15 reps
Front Pulldowns (4 sets): 195-225lbs 10-12 reps
Close Grip Pulldowns (4 sets): 165-180lbs 15 reps
DB Rows (4 sets): 100lbs 8-10 reps
Back Extensions (4 sets): 150-180lbs 8-12 reps
Cobra Pulldowns (4 sets): 150-190lbs 10 reps
Neutral Pullups (4 sets): BW 10 reps

Feelings
Nice pump, and considering all issues on the perifery, I was real focused. Very solid product.

Final thoughts
I had some real nice gains on the Kreaceps. I felt that it took about 1 week to 1.5 weeks to really start to feel it kick in. It is not drastic, but it is very solid. I will be logging Epidrol soon, and I will be using Kreaceps in my PCT. A definite recommendation on this product. Congrats to MST!!!!

Thanks for the log, man! It's sad to see this one go! It truthfully was a pleasure to follow your progress each and every day. It seems like you really know your training, and I look forward to seeing what's in store for you in the future. Best of luck in whatever you plan on doing in the future!

Thank you brother, it has been a great pleasure to test this for you guys. I loved the prodcut and will be using it on my first ever cycle as a PCT. After 19 years I figured it would be ok to start.

Again, thanks very much, you guys are a top notch co.
