My routine - Check it out

Weight - 186lbs

Is this TOO much? I want to cut on my weight to 178 or 180 atleast
I have already lost a lot... almost 2 months now dropped from 200 to 186.

Sunday : 10am to 4pm Parkour Training
Consists of Running , Climbing , Vaulting , Flips etc.

Monday - Thursday
Start off with 7-10 minutes of Running

3 sets of 3 Different kinds of Ab Machines
20 reps a Set

Decline Bench - 10 reps a Set
Set 1 - 135 lbs
Set 2 - 195 lbs
Set 3 - 275 lbs

Incline Bench - 10 reps a Set
Set 1 - 135 lbs
Set 2 - 195 lbs
Set 3 - 225 lbs

Bicep Curls 10 reps a Set
Set 1 - 55 lbs
Set 2 - 65 lbs
Set 3 - 80 lbs

Leg Press 10 reps a Set
Set 1 - 300 lbs
Set 2 - 350 lbs
Set 3 - 410 lbs

Shoulder Shrugs 10 reps a Set
Set 1 - 45 lbs
Set 2 - 55 lbs
Set 3 - 70 lbs

Squats 5 Reps a Set
Set 1 - 135 lbs
Set 2 - 185 lbs
Set 3 - 205 lbs

3 back machines
3 sets a piece .. haha forgot the names
but all back and wing work outs -_-
Sorry Not a person to remember things... just work out thats it =[

More other workouts but yeah... i'll edit this once I figure out what they are T_T

Why not run after you workout? Running before lifting isn't the way to warm up.
