just wanted to put my results out there while on the one. my month is just about up and i am up about 12 pounds, no fat gain that i can tell. i have noticed a increase in strength. when i started i could do 225 for 3-4 reps first set after warm up. now i can do 225 for 11 reps, now my first working set is 250 and i did 5 reps first working set then 225 next at 7 reps, pretty good results. as far as legs i dont squat, but i do a squat machine, where you put the plates on the side, when i first started i coud do 2 plates on each side now i can do 5 plates on each side. just my little story
