No not throwing up. I haven't puked in years and maybe have puked maybe 4 times total in my life. I've been feeling like it but I never do. Mostly running to the bathroom 20+ times a day. I can't take Imodium or anything like that either because supposedly it can prolong the illness.
 
I sincerely hope my doctor was right about this. Don't know how much longer I can take this. I freak out every time I have similar symptoms to what happened to me in 2005 with my liver. Just don't want to go through that again or put my wife through it.
 
I spoke/typed too soon. I think the psyllium husk just masked the symptoms. I'll continue taking it though for that reason and because I've been taking it regularly now for at least 1 year straight.

Wish you a speedy recovery, T-Bone! Hydration is key. Add some electrolytes, if possible.
 
I'm not sick anymore as of Sunday. Sunday was the first full day I felt good again. My appetite skyrocketed too. I'm thinking it was my body over-compensating for the lack of nutrition during the week I was sick. I thank GOD that I'm healed and that it wasn't something more serious. Anyway I'm now back on schedule. Started Compound 20 back up on Sunday. I got back in the gym on Tuesday. Didn't lose as much strength as I thought I would have. It was more of a lack of endurance that I noticed. Sure I noticed some strength loss, like I was down a few reps here and few reps there. I also took the weight down a bit also because having a stomach virus does take a lot out of you.

The second day back, Wednesday I took 2 scoops of Omega Sports flashover and 2 scoops of Jack3d. Overkill?!?. Maybe but it is a character flaw. When I lose progress I try to make up for it somehow. I figured, hey at least I'll have the energy and maybe be able to go a little harder than I would had I not taken it. Plus I had already established my dose of Omega Sports flashover at 2-3 scoops for the last month or so. Anyway I sipped it for about 15 minutes before I had to drink some of my modern bcaa/ergo-blitz intra workout mix and pour in the last of my flashover/Jack3d mix in that bottle. I was feeling a little anxious/on edge. So when I got the gym I was afraid to drink more of the Jack3d I had mixed into my intra workout mix so I kept just going to the water fountain at first. After 15-20 minutes though I started drinking my intra workout mix that I had poured the Jack3d into. It made me feel as if I had to take more rest between sets because of the nervous feeling but I didn't get physically tired. Did have better concentration on each set and moved between exercises faster, or I just perceived it as faster....Also I just felt a little annoyed at everything. So maybe next time I'll just try one scoop flashover and two scoops Jack3d. Or maybe 1 and 1. I didn't totally freak out though and my heart didn't race at all.

Compound 20 -4 caps a day
Cla- 8 caps a day
Super Epa fish oil- 6 caps a day
Erase pro- just starting today 1 cap a day
Cabergolean - 4 caps twice a day
Sustain Alpha TD- apply Tuesday-Saturday 10 pm

Then over course there is Modern BCAA which I'm taking 18 grams and mixing it with my Ergoblitz for intra workout. Also Pre workout is Jack3d mixed with Omega Sports Flashover. Protein I'm using now is Iso-ology Jamocha shake. When I run out of that I'm likely looking to switch to something cheap. Either that or I'm gonna cut protein powder completely.
 
Keeping calories at 2500 this week and checking bodyweight on Mondays. Last I checked I was 234. That is up from 212 before I did my Androhard cycle at 3000 calories a day. I'm looking to slowly lower bodyfat and gain strength.
 
Ok today I started Anabeta Elite. Dosing will be 4 a day spread out for now. I'm also cutting down on regular anabeta and will be stacking them. Two regular anabeta a day. Today I took 1 regular Anabeta an 1 Elite with my post workout protein drink.

In other news, today I took 3 scoops Flashover. No Jack3d today and I think I'm gonna stop taking it for now for a while. Today at the gym I could tell being out of the gym and not eating last week has caught up to me. Was really tired today in the gym and had a headache throughout my entire workout. Kept drinking water but it never seemed to be enough. Muscles have been sore and I've been hungrier than normal. The sore muscles happened to me before when I started taking ursolic acid/ursobolic. Also the hunger and feeling shaky. These symptoms are familiar to me because of the ursobolic. Last week when I was sick I wasn't taking it so I know that is what is causing it. This is also how I know it is working.

Sweating like crazy during my workout and the thirst I believe is Anabeta working. I'll just have to increase my water intake. Compound 20 and Erase Pro I haven't been taking very long yet so I've yet to see any effects from these. Its gonna take a full week or at least 2 full weeks on these I believe to start seeing the effects.

Didn't get much sleep last night but had a great workout today!. Three scoops flashover pre-workout. I was able to add additional reps to a few of my exercises so strength is up or should I say back up because of being recovered from being sick. So I guess I'm fully recovered now. I've got 2 days off now so I should be even better when I get back. Checking bodyweight on Monday and will adjust diet/calories accordingly.

I feel like I'm losing a lot of water weight. Had to get up to piss a lot more than usual these last two nights.
 
Ok guys Sunday night-Monday morning I went into the ER. The problem was I woke up with severe stomach pain. This wasn't any ordinary type pain it was so bad it woke me out of a deep sleep. Waited a few hours thinking it was going to go away. I was keeled over the sink feeling like I was going to puke but nothing came up. Almost felt like I was choking. Also I had cotton mouth really bad. Drank water but it seemed to make my stomach pain worse and my cotton mouth didn't go away. Cotton mouth was so bad that I could barely talk.

The doctors took blood work and said everything was fine, and that it could be the start of some kind of virus. They gave me IV sodium water and pain killers. Within 30 minutes the pain and cotton mouth went away. They sent me home with Dicyclomine and Promethazine. Tuesday night the pain returned but it wasn't as bad. It was bad enough to keep me awake all night though so I had to skip my Wednesday workout. Took dicyclomine for it but it might as well just be sugar pills because it didn't do anything.


Anyway I'm all good for now. Today is a scheduled off day. Tomorrow is legs/back/bi. I'll rip it up.

Also been having some pain in the left pec area right on the outside. It seems to be much better today though. So maybe its a good thing that I didn't work out yesterday because I might have just aggravated it more. Next chest workout scheduled for Saturday so it should be good by then.

Now what I think caused the stomach pain was too much Psyllium husk. I've been taking that product for a while now and if you understand how Psyllium husk actually works it could indeed cause the problems I was having by drawing too much water out of the intestines.
 
Well I went ahead and had some fiber. I had I wasn't pooing as much as normal. I took less than half of what I normally have been taking though. Think I'll be good.
 
So how is everyone doing tonight?. I purchased a new water bottle yesterday. What I do is just re-use the plastic poland springs water bottles I purchase. Just fill them up with my intra workout product and bring them to the gym. I usually go about a month or so and then get a new one. This time though I got one that is 1.5 L. I hope I don't have to piss walking home tomorrow because there really is no place to go for about 2 miles.

Either way T do u eat MRP bars @ all?

Yeah that's what I eat, those or oh yeah bars....
But on the Big 100 package they say 41g of carbs Oh yeah is about 30g of carbs but it says the gram of carbs is 10g net because the other grams have minimal impact on blood sugar.... <--- I wonder if it's the same for the Big100? :confused:

I haven't seen that on the Big 100 bars. I don't really trust that anyway. The only carbs that I don't count come from fiber.
 
Terrible Workout

Ok I'm not sure what happened today but I was really tired at the gym. I took 2 scoops of Omega sports Flashover and filled my water bottle with 2 scoops white flood, 2 heaping scoops of Ergo Blitz, and 2 heaping scoops of Modern Bcaa. I couldn't finish the white flood. I ended up dumping more than half of it out during my workout. I was sweating profusely and extremely thirsty but every time I took a drink I would just get more thirsty. A few times I felt dizzy mid-rep. Lost a ton of strength. Below I put down some example of my workout today compared with the same workout on 4/3/2012.


Workout on 4-3-2012 60% 1RM

Squats sets 3 reps 15,7,6 meant to do only 12 reps but was able to get and extra 3 on the first set

Workout on 4/6/2012

Squats sets-4 reps 4,5,3,4 I only added the extra set to "make up for" the weak performance. Oh yeah and I added 20 pounds because I thought I might be able to get at least 12 reps since I did so good 4-3-2012

Deadlifts sets-3 reps- 8,5,4

Deadlifts sets 3 reps 2,1,1 and on the last 1 I had to lower the weight by 10 pounds because I couldn't lift it.


I felt like I was deep into ketosis of something. So weak it was crazy. Even walking around the gym it felt like I was dragging myself. This could possibly be low blood sugar coming from the combo of Anabeta, anbeta elite and C20. Last night I was feeling heart palpitations or like my heart skipped a beat after taking my last dose of C20. Took it with a protein drink and that was my last "meal" of the day. That is how I have been taking it. That is the second dose. First dose is immediately post workout.

My eyes were going in and out of focus by the time I was almost home. I do feel better now that I ate though. Tomorrow I will experiment with having a protein drink pre-workout, maybe that will help. Not sure how my pre-workout is gonna work with food in my stomach though. I wake up and go right to the gym within 35 minutes, that is my schedule.

So hopefully things go better tomorrow because that was the worst workout I've had in years.
 
My shoulder has been bothering me again and my joints are cracking much more than usual. Maybe I should switch to every other day on the erase pro. Not sure though.
 
I'm still getting pain in the upper outer chest right next to the arm pit. Working chest tomorrow, so I guess I'll see what happens. Hopefully I don't mess it up even more.
 
"Dry Joints" are real while taking Erase Pro. Takes a good while to properly warm up my joints. Oh well I say, im getting good results.
 
Well I couldn't get up today in time to workout. Slept from 1 am to 1 pm, not straight through but still I'm feeling worn out and run down. My upper outer chest is still bothering me. It is strange because it only hurts when I move a certain way and it hurts pretty bad. It is a pain and not an ache. So this week I only was able to get to the gym twice. Both times were legs,back,biceps. The first time on Tuesday I had an amazing workout. The second time on Thursday I had a terrible workout.

For some reason I get sick or get an injury every time after I have a really great workout. It is like clockwork. I have a super amazing workout where I make progress on every single exercise in either adding weight or reps or both. Then on the following day off I start to feel a twinge somewhere or I start feeling run down or the beginning of a sickness. It is like running up a hill and once I get a 1/4 mile from the top I fall down and have to start working my way up again!


So I don't know what else to say about that. I haven't been taking my vitamin c. I'll start back up on that again starting at 5 grams a day. Maybe it will help with healing and recovery enough that I'll be able to do my next chest workout which will be Wednesday 4/11/2012.

Body weight today is 226.8. Good deal. Besides these few setbacks I believe the C20 is working great to help me lose fat and gain strength. Hopefully I can continue it. 11 days left till my bottle is gone bye bye.

Well I was able to finally get a chest workout in yesterday. Last week I didn't do any chest workouts. Anyway, it seems I was able to maintain my strength even though last week I was sick for a day or two and unable to eat much. That says a lot. Thirty-Four Compound 20 pills left so 8.5 more days till the end of my cycle. So Friday the 20th of April 2012 will be my last day if I don't get another bottle. Supposedly loggers were going to get a second bottle if they liked the first one.

Ok I'm gonna be able to continue into a second bottle of Compound 20!. Stack is going great besides the few setbacks that I had. When I started Erase Pro it tanked my libido. I've been off for 3 days straight now and my libido is just coming back now. Also my joints especially my shoulder was really bothering me, it still is. I'm sure Erase Pro works great but I'm gonna have to save it for a future stack with some kind of Cissus product and maybe run it only every 2 days or so.
