MY PCT/Test booster Stack review/log

Today I had a great workout. Strength is maintaining on most exercises and I have even been able to do an extra rep or two here and there. Had a ton of energy at the gym. I took 6 cabergolean pre-workout so that helped a lot with focus. One guy started talking to me at the end of my workout though and he kept talking. I left about 45 minutes later than I normally would. Oh well though. Even when walking home I still had energy to go and felt lean. I mean I can actually feel my midsection getting leaner. Libido is back and strong too. Gotta say I feel good.
 
Legs are super sore. I don't know why because I hardly ever get sore. It maybe the ursobolic because when I first started taking it it did the same thing. Then again it could be the Compound 20 starting to work even more. Gotta say again that I had an awesome workout today. Things are really kicking in good now.
 
Still sore. I'm not too hungry today only had 1662 calories so far and I'm trying to get in at least 2500 a day. The food in my fridge doesn't seem appetizing to me. I have a lot of left over chicken and a pork loin that is almost 2 weeks old. Plus some chicken. All that stuff is already cooked. I end up throwing out a lot of food. Wish I had some quest bars right now, those add up real quick.

Do u eat the same things every day?

Yeah typically steak, chicken, more chicken, more steak. Eggs, tuna-but I'm pretty sick of tuna lately. Recently started eating more nuts, the un-roasted kind. Planters heart healthy mix. Pretty expensive though, $5.49 for 6 individually wrapped packs. Sometimes I get Johnsonville sausages 4 cheese variety. I just get one pack of those and let it last me all week. This past week I didn't get any though. I have days like this once in a while but then I also have days where I'll just eat anything and be fine with it. The thing I like about this diet is I don't really have to cut anything out. If I have been craving something during the week I just have to wait till carb up then I can eat it. Of course everything within reason. You can't just go nuts on your carb up, but if you do its not really going to harm you much. This diet is very forgiving. I've been on this diet so long that I don't feel the need to go crazy on carb up anyway.
 
Ok today seemed like it was the opposite of yesterday. Very tired today and really had to push to get through my workout. I was sweating a ton. Felt again like low blood sugar. Hopefully I lost more fat. I feel like I did. I'll see what the scale says on Monday. I don't rely on it but it gives me piece of mind. Although it was a tough workout I still maintained my strength. Well I went down one or two reps on some exercises but not all. So I'm still saying I maintained.
 
One thing I have noticed though is libido is crazy high. It dropped off for a while while I was on Erase Pro but now that I dropped that it is back. I'm thinking it is the Anabeta Elite doing this. Of course I'm still using Recourse but I'm almost at the end of my second bottle. Plus this is a recent "burst" in libido and I've been on AE just long enough for it to start kicking in. Dang I'm sooooo tired today though.
 
Oh yeah and I took the 6 Cabergolean pre-workout again but it affected/effected? me a different way. I couldn't stop thinking about things. It actually made it more difficult to concentrate on what I was doing. Just couldn't stop thinking about anything and everything.

Finished my Southland Recourse on Tuesday. Libido has dropped again. I'm not sure if I'll be continuing my log unless my C20 arrives today or tomorrow. Don't have much food to live on this week. I'll be living on chicken breasts, tuna, and eggs. With some cheap mixed nuts thrown in. No protein powder. Gonna be tough but I'll get through it.
 
Tuesday while doing Squats, on the start of my third set I got this awful pain in my left knee. So much so I was only able to do 2 reps. Felt like I have worn down the cartilage to nothing. That is entirely possible. I could barely put any weight on it for a few minutes, then the pain went away. I was able to do leg presses fine but did feel the pain again after I got through four sets. It has felt fine since except for yesterday while I was doing flat dumbell bench with no spotter. At the end of my set I usually lower the dumbells to my lower chest and then sort of push myself up with my abdominal muscles. This time when my feet hit the floor my left knee was in pain for a bit again. It went away though again. Tomorrow I do squats again. Hope things go ok.
 
Don't think my new bottle of C20 is gonna get here tomorrow so I'll be ending this log. Compound 20 is a great product for slow and steady gains in strength while staying lean.

I'm just not good at logs. I like reviews once the product is finished much better.

U did alright with the log man. As long as you're satisfied and just do better the next time.

I used to go very low with lighter weight. Now that I'm using heavier weight though I haven't been going as low. Trying to stay parallel but one guy said I still go pretty low. Maybe I am going lower than I realize. Don't know how much more I can concentrate on forum. I already have OCD. No joke, I've actually been diagnosed with it years ago. Previously I was on medication for it but didn't like the way it made me feel. I have print outs of every exercise that I do and I read them before most exercises even though I've done the exercise a thousand times. So I'm trying not to be so crazy like that. It can get really out of hand. I don't have rituals like others but I can "get stuck" doing things over to make sure they are "perfect".

Ooops now you all know that I'm nuts!
 
Of course I could just say forget that rule and start right away. Do people even use that rule anymore?. It was a mild cycle of Androhard only so... I don't know I probably should wait.

That can still be harsh on the liver even though it is non-methyl. I know androhard is very safe on the liver and mild. I'm taking a chance stacking it with something new to my system (5aOHP) but think I'll be fine.

It's not as harsh on the liver.... I will still be running organ shield on cycle....
 
Had another pretty crappy workout today. Felt like low blood sugar again. Everything felt twice as heavy and I was sweating so much it looked like I took a shower. I even spilled my intra workout drink on myself and a bench. You know why?. Because I had the cap off and I shook it. Lol!. Then when laying down on the bench I felt like I wanted to go to sleep. You know when runners say they "Hit the wall", it felt like what I could imagine that feels like. Next week I'm starting a third carb up day on Thursdays to get me through Friday and Saturday workouts. It will give me an excuse to use the Anabolic Pump in my cabinet too.
 
Anabeta Elite has really helped me out. Here is an update from my weight log I've been keeping.

4/02/2012- Started Erase pro and Anbeta elite Body weight 230.06

4/09/2012 Dropped erase pro because of painful joints Body weigh 226.80 - Strength is up

4/16/2012 Still on Anabeta Elite body weight 228.20- Strength maintained

4/23/2012 Still on Anabeta Elite- body weight 229.80- Strength up

My pants size has stayed the same and even feel more loose. Wife says I'm looking stronger/bigger.


The only thing is that I have felt tired/dizzy of Fridays and Saturdays due to what I think is low blood sugar. For this reason I am today starting a mid-week carb spike on Thursdays only. I'll see how this turns out. Hopefully things go well. I'm using Anabolic Pump on this day only. I have about 1 week left on the Anabeta elite but will continue the regular anabeta. Also have noticed a lot of cracking in my joints which may be due to the cortisol lowering ingredient in the Anabeta Elite.
 
Well that carb up yesterday was a disaster. Didn't help at all. In fact, I think it was detrimental. Absurdly tired today. I had to leave the gym early. I could barely lift anything. Felt like everything was 100 times heavier. Even my limbs feel heavy to me today. Maybe I'm getting sick or maybe the carb up really killed me. Boo to carbs!. Hope I am not getting sick but I think I may take tomorrow off and maybe even next week...
