My PCT, is it right? When to start PCT?

Hey there
Once again, greetings from Switzerland.

I'm doing a 4 Week cycle on Extreme Epi Drol.

Im going to be finish monday next Week.

My PCT:

Clomiphene Citrate 100/50/50
Unilabs Recycle
T-Up Black
Silymarin Milk Thistle Extract

What do you think?
When do I start with my PCT? right away or do I have to wait some time?

Start right away. The day after last pill of epi. 100/50/50 is way too high. Do 50/50/25/25 or even 25/25/15/15 depending on how "shutdown" you feel
 
Ya don't run clomid that high unless you enjoy being overly emotional. I'd also throw an ai in the to control estrogen. And I suggest running some daa and other test boosters with a mild ai dose for several weeks past pct.

and some Letrozole (Aromatase Inhibitors)
How is the dosage of the AI?


After that PCT ,I am running some natural testosterone booster, some DAA and some AI (dosage?) for another 2-3 Weeks
-Letrozole (dosage?)
-DAA 3k
-P6 Extreme or Animal Test 21 or T-up Black or Triazole (what do you guys rec?)

Drop the letro. Too much for an AI during pct. Use exemestane or anastrozol instead. Take the DAA 3g's a day for wks 1-4 or longer the day after last pill of epi. Don't save it for after because you want to reboot your own test production immediately. Otherwise looks good

Pct:
Wk 1-4: clomid 50/50/25/15
Wk 1-4: exemestane 6-12.5 mg every day
Wk 1-4: DAA 3g every day (longer if desired up to 6-8 weeks)
Wk 5-6: an OTC AI like PES Erase at 1-2 daily

Spread out is best for assimilation but tbh I don't care when I dose. As long as its the same time everyday. Consistency is key. If you're only taking 6 mg of exem take it all at once. If 25 you could split it am/PM. Same with clomid
 
Clomid has a 5to 7 day half life. Take it in the morning every day or at night or when ever.doesn't matter.
exemestane has a 27 hour half life. Same time every day. Very simple.

How do I take it...I just measure (clomid 2ml (50mg) and exemestane 0.25ml (6mg) and drink it? or do you mix both in orange juice drink or in protein shake?

ORANGE JUICE! or atleast something sour. You'll thank me.
 
the tamox i got has a minty taste but still tastes like ass too. btw tamox helps increase test right? i was just wondering if my test boost is enough

kinda through a feedback loop. but clomid is a lot better at it. nolvas big selling point is the part where it binds to estrogen receptors in the breast so it protects you from gyno
