I am very into reducing myostatin. One thing I did notice on myostatin inhibition is that it does stress the tendons, so I use a good joint formula with it. Right now I am on epicatechin, myo-x and 6-keto-progesterone for blocking myostatin and I take creatine (just switched to HCL) and I am adding in HMB which looks good on paper.
Has anyone else had good success stories on myostatin blocking? I find that it lasts about 60 days before your body seems to start fighting back BUT I have seen some permanent changes in physique, especially my calves and biceps and forarms which have become far more vascular than ever before (lean and more muscular).
