From 184 to 210 thats impressive as hell man.

Day 60 mk677/ day 51 ldg: just hit a big squat session. Hit a PR. I feel sooooo strong. There is a problem that I am noticing. My muscles are so strong more than my joints and ligaments can handle. So I feel like I can go even heavier but stop out of fear of tearing my ****. Doms is almost non existent. Get sore for 1 day max. Muscle cramps are really bad in my abs and forearms. Especially my abs. Every time I attempt a crunch I get a massive painful cramp. My mobility and movement is shocking. I struggle to get my shirt off when it's sweaty and cutting my toe nails is a task. My weight is still the same at 210lbs. Diet is 50/50. As you know, I had cramps too. Got cramps in my lats (!), that was something out of this world, makes you twist like a worm to get rid of them, LOL.
Tough it out, your progress is awesome and well worth some cramps.
I took high dosed taurine (2-3gr before training and before bed) for the cramps, did help a bit.
Do you plan on getting blood work?
Day 63 mk677/ day 54 ldg: so I ran into a little bit of a problem. To cut a long ass story short. I didn't receive my last bottle of ldg. So I freaked out and ordered from another company. It came the next day. So I missed 2 days of dosing ldg. Today I just received the original order. So I got 2 bottles of ldg and a bottle of liquid mk677. The other company tasted like absolute garbage. Hit a PR ON Bench yesterday felt really strong. Today was a day off. Just played a hour of tennis. Get a bit of cardio in. Knees felt fragile lol. Joints not use to the extra weight.

Subbed. That's some sick progress man! I just started mk a week ago, planning on running it for a couple months and then clean bulk with lgd and trest as a base for 8 weeks around the holidays. I'll run mk through cycle and pct. Currently 6'0, 175 about 12%. Would love to be pushing 200 without extra fat. After reading your log, maybe possible! Curious to see how much you hold on to through pct.

Compounds used:
LGD-4033 dosing week: 5mg-12mg/ 15mg/15mg/18mg/12mg/12mg
MK-677 dosing: (used it already for two month before bulk cycle, first at 25mg, later 50mg) 80mg/80mg/80mg/50/30/30
4-AD as test base: (used it the last 3 weeks) 400mg split x day 400/400/400
Anastrozole: used in the last week only two days at 0.5mg

Tbh bro. I don't have one. I just do a normal bodybuilding type split try to do high volume and heaviest I can manage with good from for 4 reps.

To be honest my friend it has been garbage most of the bulk. I haven't counted calories or macros. I just eat whatever I want trying to eat more then I usually do. I will guess I'm in a 1500 cal surplus. I haven't gained any weight for 2 weeks. Maybe I need to increase food intake abit more.
obviously there are some gains here and so regardless of what was taken but with just what you say you did in that short period of time with what you took, you should be in a lab somewhere

because someone who is starting off or has been out of the game for awhile will read this and believe they can put on this incredible amount of mass with a garbage diet, ZERO plans for any pct whatsoever and do this in an extreme short period of time. Also with no consequence to their body.
Some will not take the time to read what the proper protocol is for using a RC and will end up being really F'ed up
